She held strategy positions at Motorola and Asea Brown Boveri. She joined PepsiCo in 1994 and was named CFO in 2001. She was named President and CEO in 2006, replacing Steven Reinemund. She was named as the 3rd Most Powerful Woman in Business by Fortune in 2014. Her strategic redirection of Pepsico has been largely successful. Since April 2015, Nooyi has been an independent director at Schlumberger. She has consistently ranked among the World's 100 Most Powerful Women. She moved corporate spending away from junk foods and into the healthier alternatives.

People can learn from my experience, because I was struggling in school and today I became self taught mathematician because I figure out how easy it is and I can help students to be genius about math specially those who think math is hard. Once I teach them how to think, reason correctly the can become anything they to be. Indra Nooyi's 5 C's 1.competency a skill which you know for like a go to peron 2.courage and confidence courage to speak out with confidence ,if ideas dont come out of brain it does not matter anything 3.communication a leader has to constantly have to mobilize the troops 4.consistency be consistent so surrounding people don't have to guess your moves 5.compass keep your compass pointed towards north(means keep moving forward direction)

Love Indra Nooyi, I am so glad all her 'C' aligned for her during her life. What advice would she have for someone who was shafted for her integrity and was shafted for it? She's saying we can't just focus on short term goals without thinking of how they affect the long term. Short term goals have to align with the long term goals, so we need to view them side by side. I love it and I'm going to keep it in mind.
