The lyrics are about her and an ex...lead singer to Seether, in which she did a beautiful song called "Broken". Check that out. The video concept is Beauty and the Beast meets little red riding hood. Notice the beast like iron horns and fur trimming on his chair? Notice the dinning sets go magically flying out the way? Then of course her on the ground petting the wolf while in her red cloak.

Basically this is a rendition of Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf (the male protagonist in this video), and those were real wolves by the way, which I believe she had a bit of trouble because she was allergic to them, but she persevered. According to the lead singer of Seether, whom she had dated, she wrote the song about him and his struggle with alcohol.

I enjoy watching people react to Amy Lee. She is nothing but pure talent. And her voice is beyond incredible. I recommend reacting to The Session: Lost in Paradise. It's just her singing live with the piano. Nothing else. It truly showcases how talented she is. Her singing and playing skills in my opinion are unmatched by any female artist today.

I read a really interesting article on them where it mentioned the fact that the band was at their peak post-9/11 when American masculinity was in crisis, and the anxiety trickled into the music industry. In an interview Amy said she was actually reluctant to add male vocals to "Bring Me to Life," but the label pushed her to because "rock radio would never play a chick and a piano." It's fucked up, but the music industry is also a microcosm of the real world where women are always under-appreciated for being exceptional, and a lot of men get praised for doing the bare-minimum. I think that's definitely a part of why they didn't get enough credit

Das very best, exceedingly popular, Rock music reaction channels on KZbin "only" stop a music video possibly 2 times, und never during lead guitar or any other instrument solo, nor in das middle of singing. They express their feelings/opinions of das music after it has finished. Most KZbinrs who watch Rock music reactions "only want to see your [physical] reactions" to das music...not hear your opinions every 15 seconds.
