Amy Lee is legendary. This song is about her relationship with Shaun Morgan, lead singer of Seether. Pretty self explanatory what she was trying to say.

She is saying you only want me when we are broke up and you are drunk. He has her on this yoyo emotional roller coaster so at the end of the song she finally says " I made up your mind" because she is done with his indecisiveness so she made up his mind for him and told him to get out of her life.

Yeah, I heard that he was especially hurt /upset with the very end of the video where, after the final chorus, Amy looks up at the cam and does that little giggle. He said it felt very deliberate and very cruel, almost as if she were taking pleasure from his pain... I love Amy Lee and Evanescence, but I gotta say, I would’ve felt the same way...but then again, I wouldn’t have given her a reason to write a song like this to begin with, lol

@@HarlowTheoryX He checked into rehab after she wrote and recorded the song. And he was a full blown addict and emotionally abusive during their relationship. Amy had every right to get out of a toxic relationship and stop tolerating his addict behavior and his gaslighting. His comments also show he's narcissistic and very bitter. Amy has dealt with a lot of tragedy and abuse in her life, and she has every right to write about her experiences.
