Yeah mine's an EU base model from 2000 and it has the scrolling function. The individuals that don't have this function won't have the button for it at all.

Iv got one for you hold your dsc/traction control button down for about 3 seconds your traction light will stay on and when you take the handbrake off that will light up orange and this means the traction control is completly off dont know if you know this if not give it a go ;) love the videos :)

Had the exact the problem with my dog, been opening the passenger door, leaning over to lock drivers door inside, then locking passenger door manually before closing, to disable the motion sensor 😂 won’t be doing that again! Thanks for tip 👍

If you have more than one driver and a key for each driver: you can code the car seat to memorize the seat position to each individual driver. BMW also has stickers for each set of keys. Once coded when u use your key and activate a button on seat controls the car seat will move to your specifications!

I don't know about the manual, but in the automatic there is a button below the accelerator pedal at the end of the travel that automatically downshifts. You floor it and then push a bit more and you'll feel a click. It's a push to pass button.

I think have another hidden feature I’ve discovered on my 2003 BMW 325i. When driving in inclement weather, with the windshield wipers set to the first position, I’ve noticed that the wiper speed self-adjusts to the amount of rain hitting the windshield. The heavier the rain, the faster the wipers work. If the rain stops, the wipers go to a very slow and intermittent speed. I’m unsure if this feature is in the manual. Hey! The rain sensor is an optional feature (which my car doesn't have), it's in the manual.

I've had and have been modding an e46 for the past 7 years, and this is the first that I heard of the climate memory or solar sensor features. I'd love to see a video on coding the climate memory! Also, maybe your BC button is just broken? Might be worth replacing the turn signal stalk.

You can turn on you're BC button by simply checking a box in bmw scanner 1.4. The option is called on board computer!just chec the box and is all good bro! Keep up the good work!!!

I got E46 330xi Touring and it has ski bag in my trunk. I thought it was some weird safety bag for passengers but finds out you can hide your skis in waterproof bag so you don't dirty your seats and passengers.

I I just bought a 2002 330XI and that OB button wasn't working either, however, I discovered if I put my high beams on, it then cycled through all the options, mpg, miles til empty, clock, outside temp, etc. I'm guessing there is a broken wire and when it the stick is pushed forward it is actually closing the circuit. Maybe this will work on yours! Thanks for the video post!

If you already have the bc button get a code on it to activate it. All e46 came with bc, it just need the stock with the actual button and to be coded on. If you don't have the button, but still want to acces that data you can do that through the debug menu. Have fun! XD

I've had a 2000 coupe, a 2000 sedan and currently a 2001 coupe and on all of them I've been able to cycle thru the MPG, clock, odometer thing on the turn signal stick and I'm in Oklahoma so doesn't get much more middle of the US than that

that BC button can be coded to work. I bought a BC stalk off ebay that was ment for my E46 and then edited the car VO t ohave the BC on. then it worked as expected.

My car is an '02 US spec car, and it has the gauge cluster cycling option, there is always a possibility yours is broken, or maybe it was an option from factory Also, I was wondering about the Eonon head unit you installed. I've been looking around and I see a lot of people installing head units from them, but when looking at their reviews, it's really off-putting. Wouldn't mind seeing a short update video on some of the major mods you've done to your car, as I'm finally done fixing all of my car's huge issues, and am definitely ready to start "modding" it a bit.

You can greatly extend the range of your your key fob to lock your vehicle or open/close the windows. Simply touch your metal part of the key to your chin while pressing any button. Give me a thumbs up if you tried this and found it useful.

In your other video to test the warning lights using test 19, have you tried any of the tests from 1 to 18 or any higher than 19.? At a guess or thinking logically test 1 to 18 probably tests the warning lights one at a time, that still leaves test 20 and above to try. I think i know what I will be doing tomorrow.

my 2001 330xi has the BC menu. when I first got it, that feature didn't work.. there was a fuse missing.. check ur fuse box and see if the fuse is missing. if you have the BC button you should have the feature.

One I found was when you lock the car and press the gas tank door to open it and it doesn’t open then you unlock it the gas tank door will pop open when you unlock it idk if it’s just the ones bought in Germany cause mine was but yeah just thought I’d leave a comment 😊

37 degrees is the temperature at which black ice can form so the car alerts you then. If you find a way to disable it, I would love to know;; it scares the crap out of me on my morning commute..

Just wanted to write the same :-) It could also be, that BC just isn't coded. "BC" has to be on "aktiv" in the FSW_PSW of KMB/AKMB. The BC function can be retrofitted to any e46 by coding and installing the turn signal switch with the BC button. Since you already have this switch it is broken or just not activated. Also greetings from Germany by another e46 owner ;-)

And many more differences , for example in us you probably never heard of 318ci , 318i , 320i ,316i , 318ti , 316ti , or the n42 engines with valvetronic Or 318d and 320d , or 330d And never probably heard of an e46 with 4 cylinder engine (which btw are runing also very smooth)
