Now that you have had your evaporator for awhile what’s your thoughts? Would you of did anything different?

How did this work for you this season? How many taps are you running and did it do the 30 gph?

Our season isn't quite over yet, but so far have ~16gal bottled, 5 more in the pan and trees have about 2 more runs in them. Avg gph is right ~33gph.
