just plex your account with incursions. as a new player you have to grind there is no escaping, or you have to pay what he says 250 mil per hour is not achievable for new players, that is more for player with skills. just fly a few days incursions and you have your plex, also as alpha! and I even think incursions is less risk.

My first PLEX omega were farmed from cosmic anomalies in high-sec (1-4/10) and lvl 4 missions. But, yes, for burners and any lvl 4 you need played omega ...

yeah, the fun per hour > isk per hour cliche is true. Try plexing once you are sure you can, but in the end is a game, have fun :) but I like incursions, you get 80-200m/h depending on fleet and you get to interact and talk with bunch of people :)

Faction warfare can be a good source to earn a large amout of isk early on. (about 90mil/hour). Just remember to run every time when an opponent apear when you are new to the game. A well fitted asult fregate can easily kill a nurmal distoryer.

The biggest problem is that the price of PLEX has been steadily increasing. In the video its worth about 2.8 mil, but now its over 5 mil.

I used to run 8 accounts buying the old style 30 day plex with a combination of lvl 4 agent missions hi sec ice mining (6 macks an orca and an itty hauling) and PI. I quit 5 1/2 - 6 years ago when ice mining got nerfed and ganking hi sec fleet miners went through the roof. Just recovered all my accounts and found i have about 11 months worth of new plex between them so am considering coming back. Watching as much eve content as possible to bring back the old muscle memory first and picking up 6 years or so of update info.

Hi Aceface, I'm currently thinking about diving into Eve Online, but I have no clue about how much time it costs, so I hope you could help me out with a few answers or estimations. I mean I could do like 1-2 hours of active gaming on workdays and I guess 5 to 10 on a weekend. How long would it take to get done with the alpha-stuff and would it be a good idea to start investing ISK into plex during alpha-time, to then get a flying start into no-money-omega? Is there kind of a "skill-map" for investing your free 5mil-alpha-skillpoints in an ideal way? I watched many of your vids in the last days, but I've got no idea how many skillpoints it would cost to for example get to a T3 or T4 Abyssal build. And would it be a good idea to switch to omega as soon as you went through your 5mil skillpoints or would it be a better idea to invest in this daily skill injectors because your not able to get a solid income to maintain omega and play the game after "just" 5mil skillpoints? Lvl 4 mission running in a Marauder (Paladin mostly, but Vargur sometimes for spice. Lol). Slower paced, but still fun for me right now. :) I can do it in a few days of leisurely play while I listen to an audio book.

Ive been playing since november. Paid for the first month, dumped all my skill points into scanning, joined signal cartel, now im plexed through the year going into next via exploration. Very rng based and isk per hour is very low due to that but its fun and highly lucrative

PI in high sec is fairly profitable too. Just have to find customs offices without stupid high taxes. I plex one of my accounts on nothing but the PI it produces. The others I plex from rotating through Epic Arc missions on all the characters and mining and L4 missions. It's fun though so I don't consider it a grind. Your mileage may vary.

Planet Export Tax is the reason i have all my PI in lowsec. Highsec customs offices have the system's empire's tax added to the POCO owner's tax. In low, null, and WH, it's always just the owner's tax.

Before I started working my way through Abyssal levels I was huffing gas in low sec and WHs to plex my account. Abyssals are more fun and better more consistent pay.

Easiest way is to 5 make Alpha accounts, when they reach 5mill sp you get them all to 7.2million sp meaning you have to pay to get it started. When you get all those accounts to 7.2million sp you skill extract 4 of you accounts and make skill injectors. Those 4 accounts will pay for your fifth account. Remember the 4 accounts needs +4 or 5 attribute implants. I got 10 accounts and extract from 8 of them and they pay for my 2 main accounts.

That sounds great! Your two Omega alts pay a small contribution in order to plex your Omega account. Now you have two other account to plex. Do you use four more Omega alts to do that? Or do you pay subscription for your two alts? Or do you plex all three accounts doing Abyssal PVE?

It got changed, pretty sure back then alpha clones were still permitted to do PI. Because of people exploiting that and making multiple accounts with alpha clones to pay 1 sub for 1 character on one account. I couldn't care less if the PI wasn't available for alpha clones, what stings more is that L4 agents are locked out, which means no epic arcs.

I mine 10 hours a day on 3 accounts, 2 retrievers and one orca. Make about 200m a day. Its boring but requires very little thought. I plex both my alts but pay for my main. This makes me about 6bil a month. It costs about 3bil a month to plex 2 accounts leaving me with a profit of 3 bil a month.

Once you have all the skills on those mining accounts that you need for mining turn them into sp farms and pi farms and you can up that significantly

When I rat in null, I run 4 ishtars between running sanctums & havens(as a group), I roughly make 150 mil an hour between them, as long as a can hold the ess when raided and with the 4 ishtar's I do get decent fights. Instead of docking up i head to the ess and wait most of the time as long as I know I can take the fight. I have lost a time or two, but honestly, most of the ESS raiders are single or duo groups. the Big ones are fights I either avoid or lose. But either way keeps my bounty risk payouts stay decently high. I get PVE, PVP, and GF's in local once they learn it's me multiboxing. we often talk and give tips to each other.

Jesus i made that with 2 Ishtars pre ESS so not sure if i can compare it, but if I can its sad to see what they did to 0 Sec Ratting. Even if i take your numbers right now Im able to get more on a single Ishtar flying Missions in high (roughly 50M/hour playing relaxed - no blitzing or cherrypicking). Somehow that doesnt feel right at all.

I'm desperately trying to plex my 2 accounts but trying to buy an orca for my mining alt is making that impossible currently. Plus my brief stint with exploration really hurt my isk grind. I do not recommend exploration to anyone. The other day I spent 6 hours exploring and only made 185000 isk. Now im just grinding L4s till my eyes bleed. I want to do abyssals more but im pretty sure that would cost a bunch more isk and id probably lose the ship anyways.

And also im speaking specifically about station trading (that i failed to point out, sorry) so no movement from place A to place B (too much work, but thats basically how i made my first billion in EVE some 10 years back so i know that its profitable :)

@@anupew3276 Don’t trade anything that can be manufactured. Like ships or faction ammo. The reason for this is that industrialists own the supply in these markets and will never sell to buy orders. Go for any item that drop as loot since the supply is limited and players usually think of it as "junk" the lower the price of it is and will just sell their stack of 30 different items to the top buy order after a mission or when coming back from abyssal

Hm. A month of eve omega time is worth about 15€. Now, my time is worth at least 25€ per hour, so i guess it's cheaper for me to just pay for the subscription and use the time for fun. If i end up with more money than i know what to do with, well maybe plexing is an option then. But, let's be real, if it takes me 4 hrs of play time just to pay for the remaining fun, then that's a bad use of time really.

So basically you spend at least five and a half hours a month to pay for something that costs $16 each month. In the US most jobs pay at least $15 an hour. And you are basically making $2.70 an hour running dead space. Hmmm not to mention I have lost some costly ships in T4s. I even lost a Gila that cost me 670 million ISK.

the thing is technically subing through plex instead of cash earns ccp more money than paying cash for sub time since plex bundles cost more than game time bundles and even if you don't pay for them yourself someone else has to since that is the only way that get added to the game.

Your logic doesn’t make sense. All that plex in the game was bought from ccp with real money. When I want fast isk, I buy plex and sell it in game. All of the in-game guys that don’t use real money to pay for their accounts buy that plex. It’s a constant cycle. Don’t worry ccp is getting their money lol.

it is one of the most P2W features that can exist in a video game. Yes influencers(this guy is probably heavily sponsored, no offense but directly or inderirectly he has support from the game company) and some commited players will profit from that but lots of whales will bruteforce through that. If people can buy subs with that using 1 to 6 hours of grinding it means that there are people constantly injecting plex as well wich really bothers me, and kept me away from this infuriating (but amazing on some aspects) game.

lol By paying your sub to ccp you give them 15euros or less (depending on your paying plan) to ccp. By plexing your account someone else pays ccp 20euros to buy the plex and sell it in game for ISK for the same outcome. Guess who's supporting the game more.
