❤❤love your journey ladies it’s good while your young.you can also add a bit of cheese to your salads.the kale that koree cooks is so nourishing and so good for you. Eat like my granny told me if you eat something fried you want to have something like cabbage on the other side.beans are a great protein and watch the potatoes and rice and never have more than one starch at a time.really watch the breads.just some good advice from an 80 year old Texas girl that looks years younger an still healthy.love you all.

I have lost track, but I believe I'm several months into my healthy journey being consistent and committed. I will began weighing myself for seven days starting the 23rd to 29th of the month. I would love to see you Ladies start a daily 1/2 mile walk increasing to a mile or whatever you are comfortable with. Always remember I'm your #1 Cheerleader. Cheering you every step of the way. Appreciate both of you for being so authentic. It's refreshing to have such a natural sit down chat. Sorry you have gone through so much Eve physically. Pain is very hard to deal with. Praying right now that God blesses you with good health going forward and continued healing. Following your weight loss journey you two. It will help some of us be motivated to also lose the weight and exercise. I'm a snacker too! Someone told me are stomachs are only the size of our palm! So over-eating is a big problem.
