Conjoined twins wouldn't be able to be a male and female pair unless one of them was transgender (and even then they would still have the same physical organs). It's simply because conjoined twins are a rare form of identical twins, which are created when a single zygote develops into two embryos in the womb. Conjoined twins just don't split all the way.
