You know its bad when the collectibles for madam Nazzar have far bigger drop chance than Capitale. The chests that have them on missions are also really badly randomized. You would expect them in houses, behind trees or even rocks, hell you can put them into Stagecoaches(on that mission with blueprints). No instead I had one spawn on roof of destroyed house.

The Capitale is in guaranteed, fixed locations (see AustinBMX's video released today) and the Opportunity mission costs Capitale, not gold. If you DO want to spend gold, you can buy the Quick Draw pass for 25 gold and you'll get all 25 gold back when you finish it.

My toughts for the update was: you steal capitale (capitale=emerald,rubi,diamond and bonds) to get opportunity mission from the italian where you steal for yourself. This update is a letdown.

The same applies for part 3 of the Bluewater Contract. Start the mission, watch the cut scent with Bluewater John (Deeear Hazy Moon....), neglect mission objective and run straight to the loot box. You loot 3x Capitale, start menu, Online, Crime or Opportunities. Rinse and Repeat. It takes about 7 minutes to complete, most of which are reloading and watching the cutscene.

Figuring out on how to do the last mission without getting seen has been a lot of fun for me and my friends. Finding the fireworks detonator, the spot to stop the train with a wagon etc We literally spend hours doing that, just restarting the mission when seen. Never fired my gun for the whole time and having fun discussing what went wrong, how to change it etc. As a high level player, do we need the money & gold? No. We already have that. We (and I mean me and my buddies) just want to have fun. This update brought us fun. I don't know, the hate seems a hype at this point. I mean, I get it, they (rockstar) does so little for such a long time whatever they do isn't enough. Especially with this update, what should have been here a long time ago. I came in and bought the 25 rank pass and went back to No Man’s Sky and bought a new game in playstation store. Not interested in stranger missions. Played this game since day one daily. I will log in occasionally to break monotony of other games and to purchase new passes. This update is not worth my time. Don’t like telegram missions either. I have played many, many stranger missions over the last couple years. They should have allowed horse breaking and selling or fishing roles or anything else but this!!!

I did those when i started playing RDO, nobody really plays the Land of Opportunity aka the main storyline missions so it was a good way to have some fun while making decent money and gold during the process. After i got the collector and bounty hunter roles i haven't touched blood money ever since

Thank you for getting this video out there. People need to realize how much a joke capitale is, don't buy into it. I would love it to be easier to get capitale not for farming purposes but because the mission can be fun, I just don't feel it's fair to require the player to go through such lengths to play a mission that doesn't even pay equal to or more than the initial investment. I would love to launch this for friends but to spend all that time for one little mission is absurd. There is nothing new to even buy, why are they worried about our money grind.

The worst part of this update is how bland and uninspired it is. I got bored after an hour. They would have been better off adding stagecoach, train and npc robberies but instead they just want to further monetize an empty game.

I think it's also important to note - even if you did want to get the capitale from the missions for the opportunity mission, it's actually hindering your progress if you want to play with friends in a posse. The capitale isn't a shared loot amongst everyone playing together.

They didn't even vaguely attempt to make Capitale desirable though. That's the truly bizarre part. No wonder they just resort to selling cosmetic passes for gold. They lack the creativity to come up with ANY other content.

I agree that rockstar probably wanted this to make people spend more money, but in reality I completed the quickdraw club with more gold than when I started. The pass itself is free (costs 25 gold but returns 25 gold), plus you get 65 free Capitale from the pass which means you can run the mission 2-4 times for free, plus the Capitale you pick up in Crimes (probably another 10-15 if you do every crime once). All the crimes reward gold as well. So I'd say if you play all the content without spending any gold (which is easily done) you'll probably finish with 10-20 more gold than you started.
