I grew up fishing those lakes throughout my whole childhood and took my kids fishing there too... There ARE catfish and carp in there.... Used to be some decent sized carp up to 23" that I've caught... Chicken liver, nightcrawler, corn, and even Velveeta cheese would catch you some decent sized fish from the bottom

Hey extremephillyfishing I'm not no expert AT ALL. But I though I may throw a couple things out that may help you out in the long run. With the water Colors. One thing I do know is you wanna match the water color. With the dark muddy water you want to use a darker bait. Wth the clear waters use light color baits or even clear baits. And I'm amazed on how those dark cold bass are in there. The only thing I can think is that they just recently stocked the pond. Maybe. And the only thing I can think is you catching them on white shartruse or pink color baits is that there is Shad or shiner minnows in there. Thanks for reading if you did bud. Ps. That spider is a banana spider. Keep on making great videos bud!

I can't give a positive ID on the species of spider you saw, but it is definitely in the genus Argiope, probably Argiope aurantia, or yellow garden spider. They are not venomous to humans, but I can say from experience that the bite is pretty painful. They also tend to be a pretty aggressive species, so it's best to admire them from a safe distance. But don't worry, she won't leave her web, as that's where she is most safe. They are comparitively clumsy outside of the web, but extremely fast and agile within it. Tight lines!

whats happenin extreme philly fishing, what exactly Is copolymer line? I usually use either braid or fluoro, and monofilament on my less expensive set ups
@tlcphi28 жыл бұрын
copolymer is fluorocarbon line blended with mono. Some brands simply coat fluro with mono
@extremephillyfishing8 жыл бұрын
Copolymer is a mix of different nylon materials, everett grover. I like to call the copolymer line a type of hybrid between a monofilament and fluorocarbon line. It has no memory, so >>> castability. It is less visible, depending on the quality of the line. And it stretches less as well. Tight lines and thanks for watching!

The dark fish is the most dominant fish in the area. In fish tanks with the most romantic fish will display the darkest colors. Fish can change their color depth very quickly. People who keep South American chilids will know what I'm talking about.
