Many thanks Kseny, I exercise with your videos pretty much every evening and it always helps me get to the present moment and switch off the thinker. With the help of your videos my mental health has been improving tremendously over the last 2 years, and I’m very grateful for that. Especiallly tonight with the ‘super’ fullmoon I needed 3 routines to feel calmer. So again, thank you very much for everything 🙏

OK, that totally stressed me out: Going up on my toes and balancing is hard for me as I’ve had surgery on both hips to remove cartilage damaged in injuries. When I do this tomorrow, I’ll skip going up on my toes... then I’ll enjoy it as I enjoy all Kseny’s other routines. Weird though, one of the morning ones I do, you go up on your toes some and I do much better. Maybe I should stick with balancing earlier in the day and not in the evening? My bad - I usually watch the video first to identify trouble spots, and I didn’t with this one. Lesson learned... again.... 😉 Thank you Kseny, other than falling over and getting frustrated and anxious about balancing, I so enjoyed this one! 💖

Hi Cheryl, thank you for taking the time to write. I think you are doing really well! Toes raises can be tricky, however they are important as they exercise the small muscles in the feet as well as strengthen the tendons around the ankle. We need that to be able to walk/stand/train with confidence. What you can do is to spend some time to practice just toes raises, with or without the chair support. Also start small and slowly build up as you get stronger! Best of luck

Hey Kseny~ I figured the toe raises were important or you wouldn't include them. ;) I started today doing them while I made my breakfast. I do think doing them earlier in the day makes sense for me right now. And I love the reminder to start small and slowly build up! Thank you... again!

This is a wonderful Qigong set. I mostly practice in the evening so this is just perfect for me. Can videos you label for the morning be used in the evening?

Hi Cynthia, thank you for taking the time to write. I'm glad you are enjoying the different routines and feel good. The difference between the morning and evening practices is the intensity level that we do the exercises with. Evening practices should be focusing on nourishing the yin ( calming energy ) before bed while morning flows help to activate the yang ( active ) energy in the body for the day ahead.
