I'm pretty sure I could do more than what you just showed on google slides. 14 minutes just to show how to do 1 scale and position edit along with a wiggle effect is insane. You showed more to do on photoshop than you did after effects.

Make sure you import the psd file as a "Composition retain layer size"

my motion blur did not work.. unless I take it off 3D and manually keyframe position

I was following the tutorial but there's somethin i didn't quite understand. When you added the new camera, the 3d icon wasn't toggled on but somehow it instantly turned on when i added it to my comp. Did i do something different?

No.Hit F4 on the keyboard if you don't see your 3D camera layer switch. Simply check that 3D box

am a beginner i cant even find the 3d icon, you moved so fast, now am lost, you said 3d icon but you did not locate it by the cursor, now i can't see it

There is a tiny square boxed icon , click that box and you will activate the 3d layer, if you dont see the square box hit F4 on the keyboard
