Good variety of games with lots of beat'em ups, vertical shooters, racing and sport games. That cart will be enough to keep people content and appeased while we wait for more strategic and simulation games.

Can definitely see a 2nd collection yes.. especially given the shoot em ups still available! I'd really like to see something like a collection by someone like Treasure or Rare/Ultimate Play The Game.

Just played the arcade version of Gunforce 1. Excellent game, albeit a tad difficult with the one shot kill.

Those games would be fantastic on evercade but I say before Christmas we will get them and hopefully proper joysticks buttons etc for Atari games etc

I sure hope for at least 1 more Irem collection, they have a rich history of cool games. Gunforce 2 would be a triumph. It’s on the same board as In The Hunt, but a spectacular run ’n gun. Metal Slug before Metal Slug. Ninja Baseball Batman would be super cool too. There may be some issues with rights to character designs from the illustrator but we can hope. Dragon Breed looks insane, and Hammerin’ Harry should be there. There’s always some old early games too, Zippy Race and Kid Niki are both likely…

Can see a second cart and a third as the quantity of games is getting less and less, Most carts at the beginning had anything up to 20 games, we’re lucky to get 12 now

Don’t think I’ve heard of any of these games Crazy Burger? Well, apart from RTYPE and maybe that ‘Ninja Baseball Bat Man’. Now, that’s a mouthful to say! 😂. Are any of the rest considered “Classics”. Very cool video and some really good games here but I'm a bit bummed. Almost all of these games were on the Super Retrocade so I was really hoping to see something fresh.

Wow you're right..I knew I'd seen these somewhere. It's been years since I played my retrocade. Interestingly Ninja Baseball Batman isn't on it.. wonder why?

@@CrazyBurger Coincidentally I just had my Super Retrocade plugged in last week so I was playing a bunch of these games. But yeah, it's curious why Ninja Baseball (and also In the Hunt) didn't make it onto the Retrocade. I would be happy to have both 🙂

So I had the Super Retrocade out again and I was paying a little more attention to which games were from which publisher and I have to ask, does Irem make any user friendly games for a new player? I'm not saying their games are bad but things like the R Types, 10 Yard Fight, Armored Gallop, Dragon Breed, Blade Master, Ken Go (or Lightening Swords) and more. They are good games but they are so cruel to new players as they will mop the floor with you in seconds. And when I think of In the Hunt as another example again it's super tough and I'm just curious if we can think of any game they make that someone can play the first level and succeed without lots of practice. Any thoughts? I guess Ninja Baseball Batmen may qualify but maybe you have some others you're thinking of.

Lol I see what you mean.. all of them are pretty unforgiving.. very few are easy. Ninja BB is probably the best pick up and play game here.. unsure we will ever see it sadly.

Hiya Crazy Burger,quick question,I've just tried my exp black version for the first time and the screen is amazingly good pixel wise,the only thing with mine is the display brightness even at it's highest is still a bit dark,is yours similar to this or is there just a variation in screens?..I'd appreciate your feedback.

Mmm that sounds odd. No ive never had an issue with brightness at all. Is it with every game?

I did have the scanline on so that darkens the screen a little but even without it on the screen brightness seems a little dark,don't get me wrong the games look fantastic the blacks are incredible but the contrast just seems a little dark,so glad i didn't cancel my pre-order..thanks for the reply.
