so first i was gona get this, but i now have gotten a proper heavy bag, 5 foot 40 kg bag, 56 kg capacity bag stand that weighs like 32 kg or somethin !

How’s the noise when hitting this? I live in an apartment, hoping this would be a good option and not to piss off the neighbours

Can you use it for heavy hitting combos or is it just for cardio

You can definitely throw heavy combos. Depending how much you use it though, the padding does wear down and eventually you’re hitting the metal centre. When it’s good though, it’s really good.

Definitely. Have to make sure the base is very full thought as it can shift around.

If you throw in a few hard punches every now and then does it fall over? And are there any awkward spots within the bag that are sharp or hard that would hurt to punch?

Hi there. You’d have to hit it with a car to knock it over. As far as awkward spots, over time the padding has worn through and it can’t be punched hard anymore. But for the first 9-12 months you can hit it very hard.

There are limits on how hard you can hit it. Took us 8 months to consider the question.
