I've worked out on traditional heavy bags kzbin.infoUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

Don't buy one of these. I got one and it lasted about 3 months. Neverlast is more like it. It's made in China, leaks water when you hit it no matter how tight you screw down the bolts, and smells funny.

@@undeadpresident thanks! I ended up purchasing a Playerz 5ft heavy bag!
@undeadpresident3 жыл бұрын
@@sacchinahir1631 Hopefully the Playerz bag is better quality than the neverlast bag. I forgot to mention that the adjustable height on the neverlast bag also would not stay put and it would slip down after getting hit a few times and was difficult to adjust back high. I also had a pair of neverlast bag gloves where the padding broke down after just a few months, and a neverlast hanging canvas heavy bag which was good except it ruptured on the side and then the stitching where it connects the rings to the bag also came undone. Neverlast seems to be making cheap shit these days.

Question, once filled with water, if moving between two rooms can you take the tower part with the bag off and turn it on it's side to be rolled or will water come out, is there anything preventing the water coming out ?

I first filled it with water and he jumped with me, with sand he can be said to stand still even on strong blows, but slowly changes his location)) Well, maybe in 3 hours of training he bounced 10 centimeters. @@Mobstersdaught Don't get it, it's cheap crap, not worth the money. Here I'll copy and paste what I posted earlier: I got one of these and it lasted about 3 months before the stem broke and the top went flying off. Neverlast is more like it. It's made in China, leaks water when you hit it no matter how tight you screw down the bolts, and smells funny. Also it's difficult to get the height adjusted to it's highest, and invariably slips out of it's socket and the top slides down low after you hit it a few times. It's crap.

@@Mobstersdaught Yeah you can get an excellent workout just shadow boxing. Only thing is once you start hitting something solid again your wrists might be relatively weaker than your punches for awhile and you'll have to ease into it. I resorted to digging a hole and filling it with concrete then bolting a steel punching bag stand into it and getting a Prolast bag. More expensive and more work in the short term but will be cheaper in the long run and this is so strong it will outlast me!

Something that could stop the movement of the stand is filling the base up with sand bags or old jugs of water it'll either stop or minimize the movement

Great video bro, would you recommend this bag to someone looking for a freestanding bag on a budget?
@ateam42503 жыл бұрын
I've used the bag for over 4 weeks now. It's definitely suitable for practicing technique. The base does move around but filling with sand will probably be better. I think there are better bags on the market but this one is definitely great value for money.

It's garbage don't buy one they leak and the top slides down so you have to keep adjusting it back up and it leaks water and smells funny. I had one and the stem broke after about 3 months.

My bag is still surviving so far. It's defo not designed for power punches, you can work some technical combos, particular if you're kickboxing with it too. I agree, the quality is not great in terms of material and production, its still functional so far. When did you buy one of these? Typically you'll get batch to batch variation in these parts/components made out in the far east so they possibly have made some changes to improve quality or the batch the materials were made within were crap. I also filled to 90% as I knew the seal wouldn't be great, based on some other reviews I saw. Mine smells fine 🤣

Not that good no. You can load up the base with sand and keep it from moving around but mine is broke in 12 days ownership barely any use. The plastic pole that you screw into the base broke off. Now I need to look into the warranty and return policy on this stupid thing

there are some that doesnt move, like the omniflex freestanding heavy bag, I bought it myself and it doesn't move
@bobbyturkalino202611 ай бұрын
If you fill it with sand it doesn't wobble around like that. It cost me around $22 for 300lbs of sand and the top is so open you can just pour it right in. I was going to get the wave master but I heard you had to use a funnel to fill the base if you want to use sand and it takes 3+ hours. This bag is pretty decent but it's a little low for me and I'm only 6 feet tall. Not bad for $140 though plus sand It doesn't seem super well built though not sure how long it will last
@gamingwithbabysmoke91799 ай бұрын
Ok but the hard part is how the hell are you going to move it after filling it up?
You can just tell that this thing will get demolished if you gave it anything to deal with- even you tip-tapping it is causing all sorts of stresses that will make the plastic fail.

Fill it with sand and heavy rubble and then t takes a fair bit of stick. I pronounced slightly as I easily snapped a different stand bag.. It's also very short, I put mine on a 4inch stand and added some blankets inside to correct bag height as the plastic lugs don't last. i got mine cheap and brand new but would definitely to for a century's next time.
