Bit off topic, but have a question. I am thinking of returning to live, starting over from scratch. I will be 2 boxing, but am torn between BST main with a bard box or a Shaman main with a bard box. I suspect BST might be easier but shaman better in the long run.

I’d say bst and bard. If you had a tank then I’d do shaman. Beastlord are fairly strong so it make a great main

Started leveling at 50 5 early sat afternoon and finished 60 Monday morning. Majority of the grind was in PUGs. From 50 to 53 the world is your oyster on leveling...upper seb (abc,disco or even crypt)..karnors hand room and pawbuster/warlord spot...early areas in Chardok. 53+ a pivot is to get like juggs..over/under..kennels or even korocust. Howling stones zem isn't good anymore. Granted if you aren't a high value class getting these couple specific spots is hard BUT if you are a cleic/enchanter/tank you should hold out for em 53+ to maximize your leveling path

That's modern EQ for you. A hand holding fest that allows you to level to max in a matter of days/weeks

Surprised you didn't mention The Overthere or Howling Stones. Both are great for leveling.

The overthere and warslik woods have some great spots.

HS keys on TLP is pure cancer :/ only completed it once because someone gave me the jade prod. Over there is okay but not as good as Guk/etc

I’m curious to see how the trains, or not, in kc will be with fte. There used to be some epic ones!! Great video man.

Locked door and Black Reavers in City of Mist to get to the upper levels...but, I'm sure lots of guilds will be blasting them early on, so might be easy to sneak in.

there is a way to levitate onto the upper floors of city of mist without needing a key, can find out how on youtube, i think that guy sinnycool did a video about it

Yeah good exp there for sure. Tired to do it on one play though but didn’t get the key and didn’t have a lock picker :(

Only before 42 or 45. Not sure the level. After that no key needed.

Seb xp is horrible stay in the hole and move to undead post 50 to 55 50 -60 chardok....sebilis is horrible just way better exp as you mention

Yeah Seb isn't great, but people love it =P I went to Chardok at 50 and it was good, never thought about staying in Hole for longer but the power level groups take it over and it is annoying.
