you have to think long term this will ensure evertons status as an epl team is safe, evertons fans will be happy with this, they can expect the future to be brighter, they should be winning more games. However, if you think of all the things that they have to get right and keep right to get into and stay in the top six, such as recruitement, manager, sporting director and if your successful throughout it all, hope recruitement staff and manager and players stick with it and the friedkin group continues financially supports the project. What they really needed is a sheik or someone who is super rich russian oligarch who just wants to put everton back on top at all costs.

Unfortunately it's the way things are going and it'll never change man. Best thing I'd say is support your local lower league team or pick one or and go to their games and support them. You'd be surprised at some of the atmosphere championship-league 2 teams can have but not only that it's the experience and value is the important thing. You can have better atmosphere in the championship than you would most premier league games these days but the price difference is the huge thing.
