Almost all the quotes are actually about Balance. If one thing is too much, the other needs to be balanced.

There were quite a few others, but overall yeah. Most people would use the quote to push a narrative, but there are deeper lessons. Like if someone was working too much and someone said "all work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy." The worker can then retort, Well "All play and no work makes Jack a mere toy." :P

Here's a good one that irritates me. " Blood is thicker than water." The actual quote is “The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb.” literally the exact opposite.
