Great list. My only slight complaint would be Taliyah placement. She is deceptively hard and is easily the hardest mage after Azir and Zoe. I personally would put her at the same or similar difficulty as Vel'Koz, Neeko and Akali.

Yeah I agree Taliyah could defo be a tier higher I do think overtime she has been made easier but her kit definitely has a high celling with wall usage and roams/movement with the passive

why is gangplank the hardest tier? i mean he has a pretty high skill ceiling but to be able to play him somewhat effiiecently doesnt really take all that much skill. feel like he should be moved down a tier. otherwise great video
