One extra easter egg you missed. When kubo appears after you beat Shiba on the last day, he says that the Wicked Twisters’ future will arrive 4 minutes and 4 seconds past 4 PM. 4 in japanese is pronounced as “shi” which is the same pronunciation at the word for death in japanese. Basically hes saying theyll die

All the attacks of the Mr.Mew boss fight are references! The small sized Mr. Mew does your regular Shiki attack in the original TWEWY. The medium sized Mr. Mew that does the spinning attack is a reference to Final Remix's Mr. Mew Lariat attack that Shiki does in the Co-Op mode. As you said the large Mr. Mew is a reference to Shiki's Level 3 Fusion attack. But also the attack where multiple Mr. Mews attack you in a pink line thingy is a reference to Shiki's Level 2 Fusion attack! Also the card Kaie is holding in the concept art is a tarot card. The Fool one to be specific. Tarot is used for fortune telling which is what Kaie does on the side so it's a reference to that.

another easter egg i noticed is that in week 2 day 5 when rindo gets trapped in O-East, they play the track "fighting for freedom" from the first game which is also the song they played in week 1 day 3 when neku and shiki woke up in A-East, fighting for freedom isnt even in NEO's soundtrack so its pretty cool that they bothered to reference that

Great video. One easter egg I'd like to mention is what Shiba said in week 3. Two teams stand before me. Wicked Twisters, Variabeauties. This is your last chance to impress me, and save Shibuya from erasure. This is a reference to what RuPual says at the end of every Drag Race episode before the two bottom queens of that episode's main challenge fight in a lip sync elimination battle.

I think the reason everyone can use every pin actually is... (spoiler) Kubo's pins only bring to the ug those with a strong enough immagination (I'm 90% sure I read this in the secret reports), so yeah he is basically summoning a bunch of neku-tier players in the game to keep the ruinbringers entertained (this is speculation, I can't remember the reason, but i believe it's also explained in the same report)

Specifically, it's that only Players that have Imagination equal to or greater than the average Imagination of every Player in the Game already can be pulled in. The original Japanese SR mentions that Rindo actually has average to slightly below Imagination, but Hanekoma wasn't certain of the fact until he realised Rewind wasn't Rindo's power. This all is why Hanekoma later mentions that there probably wouldn't be any new Players after Beat joined the Game. All that is to say, if Fret had popped into the UG before Rindo, there's a chance Rindo never would have showed up in the first place and the game wouldn't have happened.

Uh... you may need to reword your question. He has the Vibes of a Player, not a Reaper, but he's got an arguably stronger Imagination as of NEO, actually developing a Natural Ability (Soundsurfing), as opposed to when he was a Reaper for a week.@@darkerrex1442

on the cutting room floor there’s some extra textures for nagi’s shirt design which imply that it would’ve changed depending on the difficulty you were playing on, not really an easter egg but i think it’s interesting to note because of the other instances of it changing

I believe Shoka's "Flock off!" Line is intended as a reference to Bayonetta, who shouts the same line when using attacks which launch enemies into the air in her own game (and it seems Shoka says this with the piercing pillar psych equipped, which is a similar attack)

I have a little bit of knowledge that I can share here In the Japanese version Fret shortens Usui Nagi to unagi, which is a name pun with the word for eel, hence why Nagi hates it so much. There is also a running gag of people assuming Nagi to be much younger than she actually is, with examples like Fret and Rindo saying "I thought she was a middle schooler” and Rhyme calling her "Nagi-chan“ showing she also assumed Nagi was younger than her Another one related to Nagi is that when she says "not bad for a zeptogram“ Beat's expression becomes serious for a moment

Not exactly what I'd consider an "easter egg", but Sho has some really funny back-and-forths (that somewhat reference the first game) with Neku and Beat via their combo dialogue. Specifically showcasing some of the lingering animosity and wariness that stems from when Sho tried to kill them, as well as Beat’s continued annoyance at Sho’s math-speak. I’ve listed a few of the more memorable ones down below: “Try to cooperate, will ya?” “Hmph.” “Guess we gotta work together...” “You got a problem with that?” “It’s all exponential!” “What’dchu just call me?!” “Check your calculations!” “Ain’t that YOUR job?”

This it's a wonderful video. I always wonder how the developers can keep track of all of these secrets, as some are interconnected and they solidly reference key points form the past games and specific details of characters. My bet is that they have some sort of document made just for details which is heavily organized, and if so, I praise and envy so.
