In my theory, there are 2 factors that determine a conqueror. One is the ability Mihawk was talking about in Marineford when trying to kill Luffy. "One by one, he turns the people around him into his allies." and the other is refusing to completely submit to anyone which is shown by Garp for example. He is a marine, but he has conquerors haki because he does not follow anyone if he does not agree with their ideals. I think Usopp checks both boxes. He and Zoro are the only straw hats that said to Luffy "If you don't do a good job as captain, I will leave/take over the crew". And Zoro has conquerors haki so I don't see why Usopp wouldn't have it. Usopp will most likely only have weak conquerors haki that does little to no damage to anyone. Funny thing is that if this theory is true, Buggy is also a possible conqueror.

Y'all need to put some stocks into my man Sanji. He was willing to fight an entire pirate crew to death as a literal child. He sticks to his morals then most people in the verse, refusing to even raise his hand against a woman. The dude was willing to go through hell itself and be tortured daily for years just to back up his crew. He dosen't let his lineage define him and actively stands against it. He has one of the biggest ambitions as well since he is searching for something that might not even exist just like Luffy. He was willing to die for the crew on thriller bark and was an absolute chad pre time skip saving the entire crew and possibly an entire country by himself. This man is a legend.

Nce video. I agree with everything but would've also add Fujitora and maybe even Buggy and Momo. I won't be surprised if Oda will give ACoC to Fujitora due to his character personality, he doesn't look like a cog of the machine like Kizaru. His actions in the past(Reverie, Dressrosa) confirm this. Fujitora always has his own plans instead of just following WG orders. For me Issho one of the few marines who I believe will show ACoC alongside Akainu, Coby and Kuzan. P.S. Also Beckman using acoc in a few official OP games. I know that it's not a 100% argument for him having coc but better than nothing.

Conquers physically overehelms We can see it with luffy vs kaido the very first time Luffy is one shot but kaido says something like "its like he is glaring at me, His body is broken but his mind isn't" I cant remember word for word Adv. Conquers does not do +30% attack damage or attack potency I dont think it adds any buff to power or strength. Adv. Conquers simply makes you be able to physically crush and overwhelm the physical world Luffy right before learning to utlize it was physically crushing his surroundings Katakuri once he was pissed off he physically crushed his surrounding Shanks upon walking on wb's ship physically crushed his surroundings while he was trying his hardest to keep haki at bay And when attacked by this energy its nearly impossible to to withstand it physically without you having your own energy (almost impossible because we have Larp being ass with adv. Akainu shouldn't have Conq thematically. He's a government lapdog subservient to the gorosei and he's resentful of that fact. He's not an ambitious would be king. People only think Akainu should have conq because the post time skip sagas have established that main villains have to have conq to make the fight with Luffy not a total wash, but it doesn't fit with Akainu's character.

I personally believe it all depends on how much haki you have because big mom has negated some of law’s techniques with her haki and law has negated devil fruit powers before and haki depletes the more you use it. If your haki is greater than your opponents, you can negate the effects of the devil fruit ability on you. But hey that’s just my opinion.
