So good until he gets to Millennial. "Some Millennials were even in the job market during the pandemic." The youngest was mid 20's and the oldest was about to turn 40. Stop acting as though Millennials are just now growing up. It's so weird. Millenials are now the generation both raising kids and helping our elders, and staffing a huge percentage of essential worker jobs.
