I watch/study all your instruction but there is something you said in an older video that has helped me a lot. You said "you have to think two and three movements ahead, what that will look/feel like" or words to that effect. Maybe that thought process will help someone else. Of course you have to study them all starting with the grip that you preach on for good reason. Thanks for all your innovation.

I’ll give it a go. I really enjoyed seeing & hearing you so tickled - the love of the game, being in the moment, almost a boyish enthusiasm. Good for the soul!

Simply astounding. You make it look easy but I’d be lucky if I had 1 in 100 reasonable shots doing this. Wow.

Thank you! With a little practice anyone can do it.

Glad youre taking on some of my suggestions as hardly anybody practices/works on golf related sporting skills,every good golfer that ever lived can bounce a ball on a wedge,good footballers can keeppy uppy! racket players always have a knock up to get their eye in and never worry about missing the ball etc etc the easy version of this is to do continuous 1/2 swings,narrow stance, clipping the range peg,when you can do 10 in a row Do it with eyes shut Beginners/high hcps will massively benefit from confidence of better hand/eye co ordination Better players will improve ability to feel their swing impact etc

Never tried blindfolded and probably never will. 😊 What you did in this video is amazing and demonstrates that golfers do t need to look at the ball to strike it well. I can say that once I set my club down behind the ball correctly, I no longer look at the ball while swinging. People always ask me what part of the ball or ground do I look at and I tell them all the same thing: I don’t look at anything. In every sport I’ve played I’ve never look at the ball, but I do have an idea of where it is in space. With golf, the ball is stationary so you know exactly where it is, therefore, no need to look at it, at least for me. Cheers.

Good video - especially about feel. Before I quit basketball, I practiced free throws with my eyes shut. Almost as good of results as with my eyes open. I look forward to trying this. Thanks

Apart from well done, great demonstration. Very interesting how much our eyes feed us information all the way through the swing.

Is there a reason you address the ball with the club in your right hand instead of having the club in your left hand?
@GoodGolfCoaching13 күн бұрын
Yes, because this is the outside of the arc of the arms and address needs to be set by the trail hand and not the lead hand. Hope that makes sense?

Most interesting let alone impressive that you can center your body that well, Might play better myself with a mask but I wonder what my golf mates would say my playing the shots blindfolded........
@GoodGolfCoaching13 күн бұрын
Start with practice swings, I promise you you’ll gain more feedback than you will with your eyes closed or open. Blindfold offers way more.

Thanks for these vids, I've been meaning to ask, you probably mentioned in a vid but I can't going it: "Pulling" from lead, trail arm it both, if both, which arm dominates the pull? Thanks for all these unique perspectives, they really help!
@GoodGolfCoaching13 күн бұрын
Pulling with both and neither dominates. 50/50 in effort as you would with pulling anything. 👍
