I made a pretty nice little asia district in my city with a sunken light rail, Railway, metro and the highlight of the district was a elevated bamboo forest with a mix of different temples and a panda sanctuary, There is the lord chirper castle so maybe you could but itd need some imagining, something imperatur doesnt lack 1 bit

Make an old town, in my city I used a district with the European style and placed the Market Street unique building in it. I also put a historic tram line, as one of the new tram models suits perfectly for that.

Great video Imperatur and great job as always on vanilla. Perhaps for the more European look, integrate an older neighborhood with a European flair. Similar to an old town, with square squares and somewhat disorganized streets very 19th and early 20th century. Some cathedral or church... To make the city look more European I recommend looking on goole maps and street view to how european cities are constructed. Most european cities have an old city centre and it get's more modern how further you go from te centre. I hope this will help you further :)

You could try building historic inner city neighborhoods of six story walk-ups like in Berlin, Paris, Naples or Madrid. You could also build or renovate a public square to include a monument to some long-forgotten glorious military leader like Admiral Nelson's Column in Trafalgar Square, London Edit: I really like how this area turned out! It looks like you took my suggestion last video to heart. 👏👏👏👏👍👍🥰

The most European thing would be a smaller historical old town / Altstadt using historical buildings and the European zoning. The concept of Barcelonas Superblocks may be helpful to make it work in c:s! Also, what settings and visual mods are you using to get these beautiful visuals?

To be honest without trying to make a historical landmark [which isn't very practical on vanilla] it kinda already looks very european... your city has good public transport, no stroads, lots of public areas. Not much else you can do really.
