If we go by your logic about Miles had better showing against Rhino than Peter. Then I can also bring Peter had better showing against Mister Negative in first game as compared to Miles. Miles won that fight extreme diff. Moreover Martin Li was not that strong in 2nd game, the devs confirmed it. He was feeling remorseful about his actions in fight whereas when he fought Peter, he was going to any length to destroy anyone coming in his way, because he was fuelled by anger and wanted to destroy Osborn and this is evident by Peter saying in a cutscene in PS4 game, his anger is fuelling his power. Therefore Peter defeated a more powerful Martin Li ( mid-high diff )without any invisibility and bio-venom with 14 broken bones,no food, water, and just defeated 4 villains in less than 24 hours. Can Miles replicate this feat? Whereas Miles who has additional invisibility and bio-venom, but still struggled to defeat a conflicted and weaker Martin Li. And Miles didn't have any broken bones. By this logic, Base Peter should be above Miles. When one has additional advantage above other, bro it's more of a power category. Peter without these additional powers defeated these villains so he should be ranked above Miles. This is obvious, if you still can't understand this and say this is wrong, then prove it.

Sure thing Miles was badly weakened and conflicted in his encounter with li 1. Simply by being near Mr Negative, his abilities were badly effected and mitigated both in the boss fight and when Li was captured by the hunters 2. Miles was conflicted with the desire to kill Li vs doing the right thing, unlike Peter who was 100% focused 3. Miles was fighting Li in the mind space just like Peter did which further conflicted him and exposed him to a larger amount of the negative energy Miles was badly affected in that fight yet still pulled out a victory The notion that he won without issue is moronic as his abilities were greatly affected compared to Peter who suffered no ill effects other than his previous injuries

I haven't seen any single impressive feat of Miles agility in this universe. Peter's feat in that mission with Agent Venom had such great impressive feat of agility. Peter is stronger, more blunt durable,is faster due to more refined techniques and experience,has more agility,is smarter,has more battle IQ and experience. Miles only has invisibility, orange and blue venom. Invisibility is useless even against Hunters, let alone Base Peter whose tech is far above Military. Orange venom is again useless because Peter has iron arms to counter that. Only blue venom would give trouble. But Peter has also endured Electro's attacks which are worse than Miles attacks, as evident by destroying a large smokestack. Peter has advantage of superior physicality, reflexes and skill along with 10 years of experience to defeat him.

Base Peter needs to be above Kraven. Kraven had an advantage in first fight. He always aims to kill, whereas Peter doesn't. Kraven is superhuman, but not like Peter Parker. Peter Parker should be above Miles too, he is more skilled, physically stronger, endured sinister six beating ( Miles hasn't replicate this feat ). This is the most impressive feat, I can bet even Kraven can't survive this. Plus Peter is physically more durable in blunt durability by feats,more refined speed and agility. I haven't seen any impressive feats of Miles agility. Peter is smarter. He should be above Miles. Lizard is above base Peter because Peter told MJ that he couldn't beat him without black suit, this also implies Miles couldn't even beat him. This also implies that Peter never mentioned he would need symbiote suit to beat Kraven, it was his addiction. I can bet that Peter would defeat Kraven by high diff( by holding back less against any other villain ). If regular Peter went up against Miles, he would certainly win more times than not because of not in conflicted state and clear minded. Only Symbiote, Anti-Venom,Connors, Venom should be above Base Peter in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. And yes one more thing, Base Peter is above Ock in PS4 game. He needed that suit to provide him some extra piercing durability. He needed that because he had 14 broken bones. Same day he fought Rhino and Scorpion, last night Vulture and Electro, and just before Martin Li. Let a healthy Peter in base go against Ock, we will see Ock getting his ass handed to him. This is actually the most impressive feat of Peter Parker outside 616. Moreover, Miles always relied on bioelectricity to defeat Rhino. Peter actually beat him by skill. He doesn't need to rely on invisibility and other Venom powers in first encounter to beat him. Moreover, Miles in 2nd fight defeat Rhino with the help of Tinkerer. This doesn't count in 1 on 1 fight. I can assure if Peter would be there, he would use his intellects and other things to a abuse weakness against Rhino. Miles has invisibility which is useless even against Hunters, let alone Base Peter. Peter now has to deal only with blue venom, because his arms are capable of absorbing orange venom as evident in the last section of Sandman's fight. All points are in favour of Base Peter. With due respect, your scaling is very wrong for some villains and especially Base Peter. My reply is already too long that's why I am not adding further to prove my point.

Kraven defeated them by using equipment and studying them a lot. Give Peter some knowledge about Kraven and we will see who will come on top.

I think Kraven and Ock above base Peter is fair. Even if Peter was simply caught off guard in the first fight (which he certainly was) Kraven was still able to contend with Symbiote Peter when Symbiote Peter was at his most bloodlusted, and he was able to put up a better fight against Venom than base Peter did (even if Peter was probably exhausted). As for Ock, Peter straight up said he wasn't sure he could beat him, and he did lose their first serious encounter. Granted, Peter was injured and exhausted, but even then, when he built the Anti-Ock suit, he was getting beaten pretty hard. I'd also argue that Miles probably beats base Peter as well since he was able to fight off Symbiote Peter pretty well, but that's got so many technicalities to it that I don't have a solid opinion on it.

Not only did Phins shield negate the R. Rhino fist, but knocked him a good distance back. That shield is rather powerful. Though one venom shock and it's useless. Also I'm confused at 8:22 . I say this list is pretty objective overall good job not problems here I am just going to say this to some people who disagree about base peter placement like the video said Kraven because of his prep and knowledge could beat anyone below him as evidence throughout the game And I know this isn’t the comics or like any other adaptations of kraven and Spider-Man But my whole thing is base peter should be capable of beating kraven in a head in fight Peter knows kraven extensively and it being in sight As it’s a thing where I can make the argument is Peter preps to fight anyone on this list he also could beat kraven or any foe on the list depending on his preparation(as he is capable) And keep in mind kraven jn the comics is depicted either at Spider-Man’s level or above him given his positions in the comics Even against Kaine Parker a clone of Peter who is stronger and faster admits kraven is very tuff and not easy to put down in a casual state for Kaine as he wasn’t going all out in kraven(as he assumed either peter was weak to lose to kraven but it terms out kraven is just a beast) Yet Peter in the comics can and has beat kraven many times but only if he preps for him and outsmarts him when he is in his normal moral state but the majority of his victories against kraven is to become the hunter outsmarting prepping and is almost willing to kill with no reservations on holding back Its just a case that base peter might not be the most powerful character here But give him time to access his opponents and counter accordingly knowing what he is dealing with I argue he can beat kraven and maybe miles prepping for both accordingly And best people he considers physically superior to him more times then not As peter like he says “likes to fight smarter not harder” given while he does hold back a lot prefers to outsmart then brute force his way to victory As in most cases he would kill his villains if he did Also in terms of stats in relative terms Peter should be able to tank miles bio electric powers given sandman punching Peter exerts, enough force to destroy a small town And miles best feat if his bio electricity is multi city block level given its effects on sandman(which his Harlem feat being large town to small city level even then sandman is town level at a minimum and peter can contend with sandman attacks and even tries to attack sandman many times implying he knows he can hurt him or stagger him) Basically even if miles is objectively more powerful peter has demonstrated the ability to take in just as amount of force and likely could exert it if he actually did go all out Im not being a peter fan boy I’m just trying to tell people whether they agree or disagree with the notion of Peter being below or above people at base in the verse I say a base Peter who preps and knows what he is dealing with would be above kraven on this list and could beat people higher then him That’s just going off of how the characters in almost every other adaptation portrays them And the fact it’s common sense peter in this game was supposed to use the symboye but it’s not like he is irrelevant to higher tiers on this list or couldn’t beat them without it Even in concept art and promotional material by insomainc depict base Peter being able to fight kraven and venom in a fight Even though it’s not in the game it’s still relevant to what insomniac view for Spider-Man In which at base he still be no match for venom but can at least contend with him And against kraven you can see peter fighting him and kraven’s hunters along with miles Its not like they see Peter as weaker or being incapable In fact in scripted scipts for Spider-Man 2 it was said in base before he gets anti venom could contend with even miles in a fight(it was in leaks via the hack in December) Not to mention in the comics he goes on multiverse adventures with comic Spider-Men superior and 616 peter seen as peer to both of them respectly So im sure Peter by insomainc is actually very strong to their point of view it’s just they rather give us a compelling story where he struggles then one where he beats everyone To that I say let them cook and maybe we will get something in the game where base peter truly shines

The scaling in this video is actually wrong about Base Peter and even some villains. Scorpion should be below Shocker, Rhino, Electro etc. He should only be above Vulture. Electro should be above Ock. Base Peter should be above Ock in PS4. Ock was healthy, and his arms were properly functioning. Peter just defeated 5 villains with no food, water and just one night sleep along with 14 broken bones. Let a healthy Peter Parker go against Ock and he will beat him mid-high diff. Electro is the most powerful villain in PS4 game, should be ranked above Ock. Base Peter should be above Ock and Kraven. Kraven can only defeat Vulture,Shocker and Scorpion ( if he manages to avoid getting stabbed ) without PREPARATION TIME. He and his hunters must have utilised some kind of special armour to contend with Electro. Whereas Peter defeated them in 1v2, especially without Prep and 14 broken bones, with no food, water. Kraven is actually below Base Peter. If Base Peter actually intends to injure Kraven or by any means of putting him down, Kraven is done.
