This is fire I was in silver for 5 seasons and my "climb" was just play ranked with no intention of winning, but wanting to rank up. This season i told myself i wanted to get to emerald, so i actually tried improoving. The thing that helped me the most is how to keep your lead. I play evelynn and the key thing i did was described in this video. Find winning lanes, keep lead, end. Im proud to say im no longer stuck in silver and hit emerald.

Edit: Not sure if anyone is coming back here, but I hit G3 (+30 LP gains too, I was still climbing 😢) overall. Your vids helped me improve immensely. I recently beat a master as a bronze 4 simply due to fundamentals and jg denial tactics (EpicGamurr NA fairly recent normal game Kayn V Nocturne). I will say that their ADC afkd after 5 mins, which yes deteriorates my feat (which bugs me, I wanted to check my skills in a proper setting, which I don't get in low Elo atm) but honestly tell me how many bronze elo players can hang even close to master, let alone hard exp/gold diff them :) I can carry inters, afkers, and trolls as bronze (have done it), a master should be able to do the same. A bottom 98% player should never come near a top 0.5% player, and yet, #junglediff

I have watched a lot of jungle guides but this one is the best one for me. The vid is not so long yet it has all the important things to know for playing a jungle role. I climbed from gold 1 to plat 3. I just have a one question, does this still apply on the next season? ( Big changes in the jungle)

Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah it should still apply, more pathing into top lane early to secure the "towerpush" monsters, whatever their name was again, but other than that most fundamentals would still apply.

You said the jungler is able to decide the early game of the match, but I play eve and I powerfarm until level 6 for more effective ganks, so I don't make much impact till then.Any tip I should apply to be more useful early?

Eve clears faster than 99% of the jungle roster. If you are done at 3.10 - 3.15, and scuttle crab spawns at 3.30, you have a little time to go impact a lane. We dont have to get a kill. We just want a laner to lose something. W a laner, walk up and Q them and hope they flash. If they do then there you go, you had early impact in a lane. If they dont, they probably die. Get scuttle crab, recall and go back to your respawning camps that should be up by around 4.10 - 4.15 and continue to full clear. While Eve usually wants to full clear to 6, most high elo Eve players or smurfers usually make something happen in the early game as well. You are not that weak in the early game. You pack a punch. Check out a KZbinr named Kingstix, he plays a fair bit of Eve and he explains his thoughts as he goes.

Yes he can be, just know that Khazix needs to farm a lot to win. Your level 11 spike with W evolve is where you start shining.

What should I do if my win conditions is my toplane but he's pushing hard so I can't gank him or try the dive?

When that happens, you are in a position of prio where you can, if your jungle matchup allows for it, invade the enemy top side and steal camps, get deep wards, or simply wait for a counter gank. Your laners pushing 24/7 is not always a bad thing. It allows us room to do what we want. Many junglers tunnel vision on only getting a lead through lane ganks, but getting a lead can be done in many different ways.

It comes with experience. When looking at your team you should in the future be able to tell how certain matchups should go, like Darius vs Renekton is Darius favored but could go either way. If you give a little attention top, you put Renekton in the winning position. Malzahar vs Ahri is a farm lane, nothing is gonna happen and they wont kill eachother unless one is playing really bad, so we ignore midlane.. Draven Thresh is 100% going to roll over Vayne Lux.. If we want Vayne to be on par with Draven in the mid game, then we need to be botside, hence Vayne becomes our win con.. If we had the Draven, we need him fed af, because he can win the game on his own. Understanding the win con becomes easier the more you play, and even faster if you play other roles as well.

Confirmation bias doesn’t work as an excuse if your laners die three times 1v1 even before your first clear, it happens to me 75% of games at least Edit: So just for the science, 9/10 of my last game there was at least one solo death on my team before my first clear. I guess that’s just casual for you

Your first clear on 99% of champions takes about 3 min and 30 seconds. Thats your level 1 - 3/4 that you spend fighting PvE. Unless there is an invade threat, you are pretty safe. Laners have to fight each other for minion wave prio from the start, because that dictates how fast they get their level ups and how fast they can win their matchups or stay even. So if your laners are dying early, that does not mean that they are trolling..They miscalculated or they got outplayed.. Also, you are never going to lose a game purely off solo kills in the first 3 minutes..There is no logic behind that. There are countless of pro games where one player gets camped or shut down and the team still finds a way to win. And none of us play at the quality of a pro player. If its possible for them to turn the game around, its possible for everyone. There are always opportunities to find ways to claw back 300-600 gold. The player can chain-feed yes and make it really hard. But you are not losing the game because of 1-3 solo kills pre 5 minutes.

@@ECPlaysLoL That’s the thing though, the enemy always utilises that early lead well, so yes you can lose games after 1/2 solo kills. Especially on my level. And I’m taking those solo deaths as a augur of things to come, because at my level (Right between Piss Poor 1 and Plastic 4), players don’t come back from early deaths. Like I’m not saying that the video guide is poor, it’s very good in fact. Just sharing my experience in the lower, lower levels

Couple of games ago, all 4 laners had died before I hit my kruggs when I was full clearing to bot on Diana. I never stop my first clear on her unless it's a free kill for me. I'm not taking responsibility for that. What an epic that game was ...

I understand your POV, but Ive always had the mentality in any game, be it league, csgo, tarkov etc.. that a player that was better than me could win any game I found difficult, and as long as its possible for them, then I know how to improve in the future to reach that level.. I will say its 1000 times harder to climb as a supportive champion, like a tank than someone who deals damage and scales with kills. I dont know what you play, but just from a statistical point of view, having kills in the first 3-4 minutes at most gives you a long swords worth of advantage and a shutdown later. There are always ways to work around this.

@@ECPlaysLoL That’s a very good mentality to have. And yes I do tend to play tank champions because I find them fun. As for the first few solo kills, I have to clarify a bit. It isn’t about the gold earned, just that at my level it’s a sign to come. There’s very rarely when a lvl 1 solo kill was a one time mistake/outplay and it will continue the entire game. I had plenty of games where my laner died level 1 then used tp to just die again. I want to reiterate, I’m not hating on those people and I’m not saying that I’m a good player, but playing jungle at low level (especially with the jungle nerfs) is tougher than people think, partially due to your laners
