So he begged his dad and grandpa to help him test out the bottles bottoms there in the store. He became hopeful and stubborn and swore when he found ones that were encased in entire protective plastic, those just had to be the special ones. He's 16 now. He still holds out hope occasionally. Hmm...maybe ill see if i can find one for his birthday.

well a counterpoint would be, restoring an old car, the engines shot so u get a modern replacement that was never in the original, and drop it in, sure it aint the same. But its better to have a running restortation, than a pile of bones that does nothing or a rusted out shell of a car that cant drive, sure its authentic, buts its not a CAR anymore, since the underlying point of a car is for it to move and transport people, so id argue that a walking dinosaur with some frog dna, is worth the trade when the alternative is a pile of dusty bones doing nothing. Just a thought.

I saw Jurassic park in cinema a couple of months ago for the 30th anniversary when I left I turned to my brother and said I’ve just had a realisation that Hammond saved his grandkids life by eating the ice because the power went out it was gonna melt so he ate it but by doing that he left the freezer door open allowing Tim to lock the raptor inside
@iwasyou66
@iwasyou66 6 ай бұрын
This doesn't make sense. I mean, why would they lock the freezer door? While some commercial freezers can be locked, there's absolutely nothing in the film that implies that Tim was saved because Hammond wanted ice cream. This is the kind of logic you'd expect from one of Heavy Spoilers' jokey 'theory time' bits.

I bet I know the answer. It's probably something stupid, like focus groups found that 8.242% more people responded positively to Jurassic world. When common sense would tell you it's a BAD idea. Yh they decided to do dilophosaurus like that so it would vary to the velociraptor, also the velociraptor isn’t actually that size it’s closer to a turkey, but they liked the name so they used that then used deinonychus as the actual dinosaur it’s self
@Dinoslay
@Dinoslay 6 ай бұрын
A real Dilophosaurus was way bigger than the movie’s raptors so there wouldn’t have been any confusion though I can respect the addition of the neck frill. I believe that part of the reason for them shrinking it wasn’t just due to the raptors needing their chance to shine but also so that the scene could have the stick fetching skit with Wayne Knight. He couldn’t have done that with a bigger Dilophosaur and the scene itself would have likely been way more serious in tone as evident with how the Crichton novel presents it which didn’t sit well with Spielberg who wanted the “Velociraptors” to keep their thunder.

In JP3, Allen asks Ellie’s husband what he does for a living. He replies that he works for the State Department-this is how Ellie is able to send the Navy and the Marines to save Allen and co; she called her husband and he was able to use his connections.
@Howesenberg
@Howesenberg 27 күн бұрын
Having the connections doesn't mean he would automatically get the sign off. Surely that much of a cost to save a couple of lives would have to go through a ton of people for approval still...I would have thought anyway

Jurassic Park is such a perfect, tightly written movie that nails the themes and characters in a neatly wrapped plot. Jurassic World Dominion couldn't be further from that, and it makes me sad considering I really liked Jurassic World.

Jurassic Park is the best movie in all the franchise but it's definitely not perfect there is no such thing as a perfect movie. As for Dominion it has some issues but it's definitely not the worst either I have a feeling that kids are going to enjoy more than some of the fans

1:38:40 first, Bryce Dallas Howard did run on those heels for real just to look cool, and second, Rexy is used by now that people will throw those flares where the food is at, she is older than the raptors by that time, she probably tolerates people quite a lot.

Thanks very much! Lots more planned. My current project is the series Lost. I feel like I'm done with this franchise, like for me this feels like the end of it all, it can't possibly sink any lower than Dominion...but the morbidly curious side of me will likely go see it.
