What about Customs and Border Patrol or Air Marshals? Also, Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management have Law Enforcement/Rangers. Park Rangers can also be at the state and local levels as well. Besides the US Fish & Wildlife Service, every state has its own Game Wardens/Conservation Officers. Oh, and Railway Police, they're technically private but because of the importance of the rail systems they have special authority.

So pretty much CBP, BP, and ICE are the same, all 3 are Custom Border Protection, and do the same task but in a different way. While CBP officers are in charge of the international bridges, BP is the borders while ICE takes care the rest of the country, all 3 doing the same job

Standard city Police departments enforce law within the city limits, not of a federal or state wide level, they have the same definition as a Municipal departments that you said in your video, but Municipal departments get funded differently and answer to different higher ups, standard police departments enforce within a city specifically, and have no other jurisdiction outside of that. No hate as the video has good information, it is just that, these things in specific are not correct.
