Every LEGO Paradisa Set (Theme Nostalgia Ep. 03)

This is Theme Nostalgia Episode 3!
In this series we look back on past Lego themes to see what stories they told, which sets were released and see if they still give us that wistful feeling.
This week we look at the town sub-theme, Paradisa which ran from 1992-1997. Plus, we'll run the whole sub-theme through the Nostalgi-o-meter for a feels rating.

I love the vacation vibe of the Paradisa sets. I grew up next to the sea so these sets were just normal town sets for me. As a kid I never thought of them as girl's sets. They are very cool and nostalgic for me. I got inspired by this video and now I have to add a Paradisa beach to my Lego city.

I not a girl lol but i had one of this sets as a kid! Even girlish things were neat and well designed back then. I like waiter minifigure and mini-ice cream..

Such a great walkthrough.. I just recently learned about the Paradisa theme as I was looking for a cafe for my LEGO classic town and this was the first youtube video I found covering this wonderful theme full of 90s positive vibes. It reminds me of Miami Vice and Baywatch. I was surprised there was no Facebook Group for it, so I've just set one up.

I wasnt alive yet to live thru the original release but i reconstructed several of these piece by piece and sometimes the entire set together w vintage parts. I got the cool baseplates too. Im obsessed w this theme now and no one in my life ever hears the end of my paradisa reconstruction project 😂

I’m thinking of building an entire Paradisa themed city, both sets and MOCs. But I’m afraid I don’t like the look of the old faded pink, might have to use a slightly newer light pink.

I have the one Cabana one from '92, my sister has the show jumping set and the pool side paradise. I sometimes used the base plate to build M:Tron Bases on as a kid.
