One thing that I learned from you is to not be afraid of bulking. I used to think that you can "maingain" yourself to muscle, but it's pain in the ass, slow progress if any at all. Good exercise selection, aiming for higher intensity overtime, along with constantly feeding yourself with slight surplus and good sleep is the best strategy in the long run and with patience there's no doubt that anybody can reach their so called potential.

Here's a weird thing that has really improved my physique recently: training my front delts. I'm late intermediate if not advanced in training age and technique, but I never did front delt isolation work. I was too taken by the minimalist approach that they get hit on pressing movements. Turned out I've left a lot of gains on the table. Hitting more front delt work has also brought up my upper chest and that delt/chest tie-in region. It also makes my upper biceps look more pronounced since I'm getting more shape in that reason. I think my point is that everyone leaves gains on the table in certain areas. You don't have infinite recovery capacity and training economy, so you'll always have some body parts that lag. Something as simple as dedicating more effort to a weak point can really produce visible physique improvements in a few months. Seeing you, Geoffrey, and Alex made me realize my front delts were lagging!

Expanding on your callused hand discussion. Curl your fingers toward your palm. Notice how much that pad of skin can move? I find it really helpful to keep it out from underneath the bar on my pulling exercises. As you get your grip on the bar, just use the bar to push the pad of skin away from where you're going to be pulling against. On pullups it helps to not just jump up to the bar but stand on something and set your grip before lowering to the start position. If you're doing weighted pullups it's probably just better this way. For sanding your calluses, I like getting emory boards at the drug stores (basically an abrasive file with a cardboard backing). They go through the old skin pretty nicely and you can usually get in some of the tighter spots around the base of your fingers. 💪

Here’s what I like to do for exercise order. Generally, train what‘s most important to you first/early in a session (e.g. calves or leg curls before squats, maybe arms or shoulders before chest + back work). Compounds first is the default but it doesn’t have to be. Compound isolation compound can work well or heavy light heavy (e.g. bench, flies, then rows; rep range also works here) but typically I’ll do my compound, a different muscle compound group to let the first one rest, and then a final exercise (more biased compound or isolation). I do assisted pull-ups, then upper-back DB rows, and then neutral grip pulldowns (or neutral grip pull-ups, wide cable rows, then lying cable pullovers). Also, try to increase stability as the workout goes on, since you’re fatigued. For example, DB bench or ring push-ups then BB/smith bench or machine chest press.

It's deffo true that most of Sam Sulek's detractors detract precisely because he is very popular at the moment. For me, Sam has a very rare trait of a magnetic personality, that is both very entertaining to watch, and very likeable. That's most of the reason why I think people like Sam; it's not his training or his physique. True, his size is definitely what draws you in, but I think everyone ends up staying for Sam. This is why I think its imperative that he sets a hard deadline for cycling off. If he continues like he is now, it will kill him early. I think everyone can say that we would rather Rich was still here, smaller or not. The same applies for Sam.

I remember after I’d seen a few clips of Sam sulek on my feed, I was pretty annoyed by the same old “he’s on steroids he’s gonna die in a couple years haha” nonsense in the comments. Shit is so weird to me. You have a guy who’s just chilling talking about his day and talking about his training, isn’t even aggressive and sure as hell isn’t pushing steroids on anyone. He seems to mind his own damn business as much as you possibly can, as a content creator. Yet comments under his clips are full of weirdos damn near celebrating that they think he’ll be dead soon. I called said weirdos out, saying pretty much what I just said here, and half the replies were “stop simping for a drug addict”. Shits cringe. You’d think Sam was trying to sell their kids cocaine

Good stuff dude. I started using preacher curls as main lift for biceps but now it seems I have Golfer's elbow on my right arm. My right arm is weaker than my left, go figure I know. Should Iower the weight considerably and do them with higher reps? I am using curently 30 kg + ez bar (idk how much it weighs) for 10 reps and 3 sets. Ty for ur insights on this matter.

I love Sam Sulek and the tren twins can be fun too. Sam is just a genuine @ss dude. He doesn't dicuss anything on his usage and really just seems like he loves what he does. All things ive seen Sam seems like a genuine and decent dude and it kinda pisses me off how nasty some are to him.

2:22 they are boring af, I like their physiques and I want to be bigger than them, but I'd rather lift than watch people lift, or at least watch videos about HOW to lift to get better gains
