Patient care is not just about the condition; it is about caring for patients and their families, every minute of every day.

Thanks for reminding us all that the NHS is about people, not numbers. Someone needs to force feed this to the politicians and the media that keep putting it down.

Why the cynical approach to this. This video can help people. Both the carers themselves and the people, like myself, who benefit everyday from the NHS. I would be proud to be a patient in this. Sometimes we need to spend money to get the good messages across. I will share this with people all over the world.

You lot critiquing this video and the price should pray that you do not fall under the surgeons knife anytime soon. In Slough anyway..... How much do you think an advert costs? To the Andy Mat with 16years experience... no you can't produce a high production video for 5k lmaooo. Stick to gypsy weddings, nativity plays because your understanding does not transcend to this point dude. This film is being used for recruitment purposes, public awareness etc and does actually do the job assigned to it!! To put into perspective the superbowl spent $4 million dollars on an advert. John Lewis in the UK spent £7 Million on an advert of a similar length that was shown over xmas. This was 48 thousand... On a national scale how much do you think the NHS spends on bic biros and loo roll?? Shock horror!!!! Anyway my kids were born here with all limbs intact... job done Wexham

This trust should not be spending £48-£50,000 pounds when it's £7 million in debt. I will accept that people need training, but 48 grand could have bought a good many training hours for the nurses and doctors. This film is simply a public relations exercise; it helps no one it's just a wicked waste of money which could have been better spent on patient care in the wards. This is not an attack on nursing staff, my own sister was an accident an emergency nurse for 25 years, and the job was killing her because of the shortage of staff. Her hospital did not have enough money in the pot to pay for more nursing hours. Now i've seen this film i certainly know why. What a wicked waste.
