I don't think Snape was the only one who knew about sectumsempra, because after Snape cuts off George's ear, lupin says "sectumsempra was always a specialty of Snape" which implies that other people knew about sectumsempra

I believe he bragged to Lily about his accomplishments. It was the only link from talk in the Slytherin common room to Gryffindor during their time at Hogwarts. That was after all how James used Levicorpus against Snape

I honestly wouldn't have been tempted to try Sectumsempra, or even Levicorpus. But if I saw Snape start healing Draco's wounds with that counterspell, I would scarcely have been able to refrain from asking how to do it!

As a Snapehead I love what you did well done. I will say however that some of these spells may have been created By his mother Eileen or the Prince family in general. We can't be sure but for the ones that we can I think he was a brilliant wizard.

You forgot the toe growing spell Harry uses on Crabbe. This was also a spell of Snape's Harry got from the Advanced Potion Book.

I really don't think that he donated his potions textbook. He taught the subject for 15 or so years. He simply placed it in the bookshelf with his other potions books and left them there for the moment he may needed to replace Slughorn for a day or two.

This proves my theory of Snape had the potential to NEARLY rival Dumbledore and Voldemort. A lot of the spells listed were just when he was in SCHOOL. If he had never joined the death eaters and just devoted himself to magic he would have been quite the force.

What was the spell that Dolohov used on Hermione in _Order of the Phoenix,_ the one with the purple flame? When I first read _Half-Blood Prince,_ I thought Dolohov's curse was just Sectumsempra but with fire, but delving a bit deeper, it doesn't really resemble Sectumsempra. Do we ever get a name for Dolohov's curse?

Yeah, you see it twice. The first time is a spelling mistake, the second time it's correct. A fk up by the props department.
