I've heard it said that on judgment day we'll all be surprised. We can't judge people for their low points. It's not how we start it's how we finish.

There are so many wrong labels in regards to schizophrenia! The one i hear most often is the misconception that this diognosis means there are multiple personalities. Untrue. The other is that all schizophrenic people are violent. Also untrue My older brother was diagnosed at age 17. He attempted suicide. It was difficult at times to be his younger sister but at 54 he finally succeeded in ending his life and I miss him every single day! This is awesome young man!! I appreciate you! You are absolutely right! God bless you!!

one of my favorite words is “sonder” which is the realization that everyone’s life is as deep and serious and rich with story as your own. all people matter and I think a little empathy towards those that struggle goes a long way

Well If you are have evil inside you is no question but calling someone the devil Shows an extreme Focus on your "evil" Trades which you could maybe call schizophrenic. I have Bad Sides too but i have people that still Trust me and they know all my Sides.

Oh.. n she was bipolar & who knows what else.. back then, she was on like 10 different meds.. her Dr gave her anything she asked for, my poor gram setting timers when to dish them out, but always had to sooner than later.. feeding an addiction also, I'm sure of now.. 40 yrs later! 😵😰🤮

@@jmej7541 Yeah these meds are horrible, antidepressants like pregabalin, neuraplex and painpills like tapentadol are horrible horrible. They are not to heal you they are given out to people they dont know how to "fix" in other ways because they simply do not care enough about them. Instead of having my grandma in therapy where she got much much better after 1 week, she gets presciptions too and just gets older and older and more confused. They just make you be okay with how much of a mess you are and never take any real steps towards getting better. Im completely against Pharmas and dont take anything. I have been given adderal when iwas 7 and took it for many years and i now know what it has done to me, its jjust so sad how they give it out to young boys full of energy, just to silence them and make them obidient.

My sister started with Paranoid Schizophrenic symptoms 5 months ago. None of the meds are touching the problem. Its absolutely horrific. There should be no judgement from anyone. I find the mental health team nice but they hv never experience the mental health problem themselves. You are a beautiful young man with a gentle soul. Good Luck. 🎉🎉🎉

You absolutely deserve to be treated well! As a parent to a 24 year young man who I suspect I suffers from this I pray he has your positive outlook! Be blessed.

Well doesnt Sound Like you have tried talking with him. wtf does it mean you HOPE He has a positive Outlook on His mental illness? Are you helping him actively? If Hes your child do you make Sure He eats enough meat especially Organs Like liver, does He get enough sun, If Not give him D3 Supplements and does He even have a functioning social circle? you are His parent and everything your child does or as illness have is your fault and you can Change it No Matter what they kid says. Hard words, but your kid has No saying in any Matter until Hes a grown Up and even then, when you do good for him He will be Always grateful. Edit: with No saying i meant in aß Take His PC away If Hes a loner and make him Go outside. dont force him to stupid or unnatural Things Like eating vegetables or joining this Lobbyist Milk cow called the Army.

@@TextBasedRPG maybe some empathy would be good. mental illness hurts parents as well, and they need some time to navigate how to help their loved ones.
@TextBasedRPG2 ай бұрын
@@cuteclown3331 Well mental illness dosnt come over night and its often a sympthom of things that have happend. Like for example if a parent that tries to help his child by only speaking to professionals could later have his child become paranoid because he thinks hes wrong, people talk about him but never directly with him about the issue. Thats very comon and will destroy many relationships before they have really started. I have alot of empathy, thats why i have a problem with the comment because it shows that there is 0 connection between the child and the parent, who speaks about his child as if its a case he has not seen coming and that he has no controll over. It shows to me that the child is kind of a stranger and the parent doesnt know how to approach the issue. This will only get worse if parent continues like this. What do you want me to empathyse with? The helpless behaviour of the parent who seemed to have lost control and pushes the responsibilty away from himself? Thats not empathy thats kumbaya stupidity that has ruined many many childrens lifes.

Wow good ending :) What helped me is to remember that people will judge what they can not understand.. so i also try not to judge them back for not understanding me, they probably just don't know any better

Your video just randomly popped up on my youtube. I worked with a man who is schizophrenic, i remember 1 day he had his name badge covered up with tape so people couldnt see his name. When i asked him why he gave me a 15 minute story of how he thought one of our managers was working as an undercover spy for the government, and something about alien abduction. Im not 100% sure what he was talking about but i listened, i didnt agree nor disagree just listened. On another occasion he told me how horrible schizophrenia was and how he wished others would take the time to understand the illness and him abit more. I dont work with him now but i was always a friend to him at work.

Man it's still crazy to me that we deal with mental illness like that in 2024, let's not forget that 60 years ago people were being raped, euthanized (not necessarily with their permissions) aswell as lobotomized. And this violence stems from the way people still think to this day, this guy has a problem he is dangerous he is not a human being and he's lost it. Such a shit thought from people who never considered that one day in their lives they're brain might click, or might not but that idea that it can happen to anyone and technically is happening to everyone at different degrees. But anyways just ranting because that's one of the big problem we face as a humanity, just taking care of each other and treat each other fair. But as someone said "in a perfect world I would be perfect world"
