Some are cut Bc they just just didn’t “work” but some of these you can tell were just cut due to time constraints. By far out of all the deleted scenes... these are the best collection

To be fair, they did leave that part in where Elaine said he looks like a horse - only half that scene was cut

The scenes got cut in editing so they never put the background effects in it, isn't that obvious?

But these aren't deleted scenes. I own every season on a purchased DVD set, and almost every single one of these, "deleted scenes," is in the box set.
