The namekian Dragon balls were updated in the kid buu saga, when the supreme Kai asked if the namekian could revive all the people of earth, Goku reminded vegeta that the namekian Dragon balls could only revive one person at a time but the new grand elder told him that after what happened with Frieza the Dragon balls were updated to be able to revive as many people as you wanted, and it was proven to be real when they revived all the people of earth

Super Shenron is leagues above Zeno(s). Keep in mind the omni king is only ever seen destroying, not creating. Super Shenron can do literally anything. Also he isn’t really the “Omni king” cause if he was there would be no way possible for there to be two in existence. I believe Zeno is more of a weapon or pawn being used as a stand in for the real Omni king running the scene, which could in fact be super Shenron (or maybe even the grand priest- there’s some food for thought)

You guys left out the black star dragon balls and also didn’t take in to account all the changes to the original and namekian balls, for example as others have stated below you shenron can bring back people multiple times with no problem and I’m pretty sure the 1 year rule hasn’t applied since early in the series, also porunga (sorry if I spelt that wrong) can bring back entire populations since he was upgraded also.
