This is the first time we have seen a PGA Tour courses played in consecutive fashion without the broadcast jumping from one hole to another. You get a better sense of how the course plays even though many of us have been watching the Masters for years

For a guy that looked like he was playing bad form his post shot reactions he played very well. He must have had 8/9 putts finish up within single digit inches, if even 2/3 of those go in he's looking at an excellent score. If he keeps up like this we could see something special.

I love this “silent golf”you can hear the clubs players the swing the bal sound the swoosh everything this how golf should be a gentleman’s game just clap 👏 and shut up . I have heard that’s the yelling is tigers fault because of the tiger army this generation they al have a mobile in one hand for filming so they can’t clap 👏 so that’s why they started yelling softly and now on the us open it looks like a boxing match I prefer this much more respect for the game and other players this way .

I always have to watch golf on mute because fans high-pitch whistles after each swing. This “silent golf” is amazing, I've never enjoy golf like this before on t.v for a major! & I seen all woods wins.... on mute 😐

I wouldn't be surprised if now there aren't any crowds to verify what is going on they CGI some shots so that they look better than they are, thus creating more excitement and increasing viewers. That is what we saw at this point. You can clearly see the ball still on the ground, so he probably swung to miss and they added in the ball flight later, but something got screwed up during editing. There will be lost revenue in ticket sales and if Tiger is doing well it will draw people in to watch the TV broadcast and youtube channel and make money from ad revenue. Tiger can't be relied on to do well on his own so they have to "help" him. I wonder what his playing partners are getting out of it, as they would have to keep quiet about this for it to work.
