If it was PVP specific, yeah I would 100% agree. I mean, being A-Tier in my mind is still going to make that Pokémon an absolute must-have Pokémon and worth investing into.

I agree. My HUNDO Lugia basically upped my game like a boss! It may not be a raid monster, but it’s so good at Master League it deserves respect for being so good! Especially seeing Regi’s get B and A levels for PvP alone when Lugia can also handle some raid action.

Heatran needs more love. Outside of shadow and megas he's a close second to reshiram for fire raid attackers. Not to mention everything fire is super effective against he quad resists (ice,steel,bug,grass). Reshiram only has a quad resist to grass

Registeel, dialga and lugia are easy S tiers for pvp alone.. Palkia has one of the most broken typings for grunt battles and hits harder than any non shadow, nonmega, nonrayquaza dragon for raids. Origin Tina is S tier for being the literal best ghost attacker and being a niche ultra pick, S tier master pick. Altered Tina is even better, being master and ultra S tier top 10 picks and being a decent ghost attacker with shadow force. Cresselia is in the same tier as registeel in both ultra and great league-it’s typically BANNED in single type cups for how strong it is. Terrakion is S tier for being the best fighting pick, which is the most useful typing in PVE, bar none. Reshiram is also S tier for being stronger than shadows and megas in the fire typing. Solgaleo is AT LEAST A tier because it’s the ONLY Pokémon that breaks the Zacian-Dialga core in master league. Zacian is S tier or high A tier because it has the most versatile move set in all of pvp and only loses to a couple steel types (it beats most steel with close combat). Armored mewtwo is trash btw. Great content lately! Solgaleo isn’t common in low ELO because it’s broken. A non XL Solgaleo will get you to legend just purely on it’s insane versatility, and that’s saying something in the master league.

I would have put Giratina Origin to S tier. Really the best ghost legendary in Raids and PVP ML. The rest of the list looks good for me.

Because in their lore, the trio were all normal dog like Pokémon until they died in the burning tower you find in Eucruteak city in the gold and silver games. After this tragic event, ho-oh arrives at the scene when the fire is put out and resurrects the fallen Pokémon into the new and more powerful beasts that you see in the game

Why was the Uxie rating so true? I only seen it one time in the great league, and it died in three seconds. The only good redeeming thing about it is the design, and its shiny form. The Lake Trio gets outclassed by so many other psychic types.

your list is pretty good but i feel you are slightly too harsh on pokemon which shine in pvp, like dialga, ho oh, kyurem, palkia, giratina and solgaleo. These pokemon are all worthy of top tier. Pokemon like moltres and latios should be moved down and with xerneas now getting geomancy i expect it should be a tier now

I would switch Regirock and Registeel to C tier- Rayquaza to A tier due to it's not very good movepool of coverage in PvP, it got Breaking Swipe but would need V-Create to perform better with better covarages. It also is a very glassy Pokemon for PvP with double weakness to Ice. Azelf is honestly a trash Pokemon. Why would you invest into an Azelf when you got Mewtwo? And if you don't have Mewtwo.. you can invest into Espeon and Alakzam that are Free and no need to raid for candy or throw Rare candy into. It used to be the second best Pokemon behind Mewtwo, on par with Alakazam (trading blows due to Alakazam being so glass and Azelf a bit more tanky.) Dialga is an A tier. It's amazing in Master League and in PvE due to it's bulk and neutral to Dragon moves. "outside of Master League its not good and will struggle" well.. so does Kyogre and Groudon? Terrakion falls into C tier due to all of it's weaknesses, it's very strong yes though Shadow Machamp is a free option. And Machamp as far as rockets will hit harder with Counter and Dynamic punch will hit harder and not wasting time in the charge animation of Rocket battles. Counter down the first two and Close Combat/Dynamic Punch the last one. Tornadus is trash. Lugia, Honchkrow, Moltres and Rayquaza.
