You're putting the psp game in the case wrong. that's why it's snagging. put under the tab 1st.

Love your videos! Please don't glue the UMD. You run the risk of getting it on the disc. If that happens it won't turn and will be ruined. Replacement shells are cheap and are the way to go when they split.
