The problem with the more recent seasons is the increased continuity, which prevents individual epidsodes from standing out. With the older seasons I was thinking more in episodes, like the warcraft episodes or the easter episode and with the newer seasons it's more like the election season, the troll trace season or the tegrity farms season and the individual episodes are much less memorable. However, after looking through those more recent seasons again, I realized that there are some really great episodes in there but in the context of the full season they just didn't stand out that much. When I watched those later seasons when they first came out, I felt pretty disappointed, because sometimes they carried a joke through so many episodes that I got tired of it, but when I just watch a random episode today and it happens to be one of the later season, I actually really enjoy most of them.

What’s your favorite season? Mine is season 5 because almost every episode hit it out of the park and it was simply amazing. Especially with the characters they introduced who are still here like Jimmy and Towelie, and that “Scott Tenorman Must Die” is the highest ranked episode on IMDb and one of my favorites. My favorite episode from that season is “Kenny Dies” because it took a complete twist to find out that Kenny dies permanently and the characters take it seriously. I’d say the weakest episodes were How To Eat With Your Butt and “Terrance and Phillip: Behind the Blow”. Otherwise, amazing season. TL;DR: Season 5 is amazing with the exception of two episodes. That went way longer than expected

Don’t forget about Ginger Kids where Cartman gets his karma (for the second time that season) and Bloody Mary (”What seems to be the officer, problem?” / ”Stan, you gotta drive!” - ”...I’m 8.”) cuz those are great episodes! And Best friends forever won them an Emmy! But yeah, this season had no trilogy or two parter and I usually like those, so it’s not my favorite season. I actually LOVE Mr Garisson’s fancy new vagina though, I have no idea why so many people hate it 😂 Mr Garisson is probably my favorite character, he saved season 20 for me. Lol one of the best episodes of Season 11 is when he goes lesbian.. 😂😂 Sorry, she* 🤣 But I love Mr Garisson, Terrance and Phillip, Towlie and all the stuff that most fans dont like that much. I like Randy too but I think he’s a tiny bit overated. Stan’s reactions to Randy is funnier than Randy himself.

@@lumanekz I respect how Trey and Matt did something that they've never done with the show but for some reason it didn't work. The show runs better with just standalone episodes.

Thanks for making this list list and for your opinions. I totally disagree though personally lol. 1-7/8 is the golden years imo and after 11 i don't see how any of the seasons even come close to the first 10 or so. Again, thanks for taking the time to make this and for your opinion!!!

Season 7 is my personal favorite overall. Feel it has the most consistent quality of episodes in each one. Also side note...smoke a bit an listen to the commentary of each seasons
