Technically, Henry doesn’t die in any of the BtB fails, because it’s established that Henry trying every other option before finally choosing “Disguise” is canonical. Proof of this can seen in his doctor analysis from Escaping the Prison’s “Lawyered Up” path, which stated that he was “covered in many cuts and bruises” and that he took “quite the beating”.
