I don't know exactly, which red and yellow flag you mean. I can guess. The first yellow flag is the flag of Wallonia, one of the three parts of Belgium. The other yellow flag is the Flemish Region of Belgium. The Red Flag is the Flag of Nazi Germany.

12th SS never recovered after Normandy. I have 2 book's i bought years ago Hitler's Teutonic knights and Hitler's Samurai. well worth a read.

It did recover, as it was refitted time and again after August 1944, which allowed it to participate in numerous large battles. Even as late as February 1945, this division had nearly 20,000 men in total. It was never destroyed in Normandy- although it was badly depleted afterwards, the division still had 12,000 men in total after escaping the Falaise Pocket.

Единственные из всех балтийцев. Зато они сами против советской власти долго боролись -,,лесные братья,,. Вплоть до самой горбачёвской ,,Перекройки,,.

Та Литва (да и сейчас которая тоже) ничего общего с Литвой средних веков не имеет, государство было поглощено польшой, позже и сама Польша исчезла с карты более чем на 100 лет. И Литва ничего из себя не представляла чтобы Гитлер их уговаривал 8-9 раз. Всё население Литвы вместе с собаками и кошка было меньше армии третьего рейха.

I don't know if you actually realize this but we aren't in the 40s anymore, the SS no longer exists, some Ukrainians serving the SS 80+ years ago has no bearing on who the ((vast majority)) of them are today But if you *really* wanted to bark up that tree you'd also notice that russians made up not one, but two SS divisions while ukrainians made up only one

Difficult to deny the valor, and perhaps cruelty, of SS units. Easier apparently to deny, by many, crimes committed by Allies units and their leaders. Soviet ones too, but they are more in the open. Easier to hide the real responsibilities behind WW2.
