It's not fan fiction. Rea Redtail's debt. We get a vivid description of Redtail killing Oakheart whereas the Oakheart rockslide theory was never shown on screen and was a story Tigerclaw could of made up. Unless one is proven false by the other, there is no definitie answer

I have a theory that Tigerstar never got his nine lives at the Moonstone. I haven't read Tigerclaw's fury so this may or may not have already been proven, but since Scourge ripped him open from the bottom of his chin to his tail tip and he supposedly killed all of Tigerstar's nine lives, then it would make way more since for Tigerstar to have not gotten his lives, or at least gotten only one more life. StarClan isn't that dumb. If he did get his nine lives it would be from either cats who had no idea who he was, or from cats that already made it to the Dark Forest.

Tigerstar killed Firestar as a Dark forest spirit after he died. Scourge killed Tigerstar when he was mortal and alive. Firestar killed Scourge in a battle against BloodClan after Tigerstar's first death.
