Just did this stretch and it was just what I needed today! I've been struggling with my mental health due to ballet and this was my first time stretching in about 3 weeks. Thank you for posting quality content that is always there for me when I'm ready

haha, this is the warm up! but you can do cardio before if you’d like to get your body warm to get into the positions more comfortably!

If you're a beginner, I would NOT recommend this for you at all! The end of the video is sliding straight into a middle split and then turning to your side into your side split, so this assumes you already have your splits to begin with :) Pick another video
