Jasmine, what are your thoughts on keeping the foot flexed (say, when doing a seated forward fold) vs. keeping it extended? Is it simply aesthetic? Is there a physical benefit to do one instead of the other? I’ve done yoga for years and was always taught to flex the feet, and only recently have I been extending the foot. Does extension encourage external rotation at the hip? I love your videos!
