I am a funded futures trader. I trade only the NDX futures market, specifically the June contract. We spiked 130 points Sunday night on the PCE report from Friday morning..You're witnessing delayed fuse reactions..which is expected. You're not wrong on Gold..but you're wrong on the $ rising with it. They are rising fir different reasons. One is a real inflation hedge (gold) but the DXY is a hedge for global governments to inflate their own currencies while having something to pay for that debt.

Peter's time to shine! Peter was one of several people that convinced me back in the 2015-2017 period to start accumulating physical gold. I've got a nice stash in my safe, averaged in at about $1300/oz. Haven't bought any additional for several years, just holding, and glad of it! By the way Peter, I watch CNBC a lot during the day too. I will say I do hear them mention the price of gold from time to time, but I agree with you, it always seems to be reluctantly, and they never attempt to analyze the reason for the movement to new highs. I've listened to your arguement for Gold a long time. Sorry if i've missed this before, a google search indicates we could run out of the "easy" to get gold within the next 20 years. Estimates are showing 244,000 metric tonnes of Gold in the world with 187,000 being mined to date. That leaves 57,000 tonnes "below ground". We are currently mining approximately 3,000 per year. That gives us less than 20 years of Gold left to mine using current technology. Won't this have a huge effect on the price of Gold over the next 10-20 years or am I missing something?

The FED is decreasing the balance sheet. When the FED cuts the interest rate, the demand for fixed rate bonds will increase; then, the FED can decrease the balance sheet even more. I think that is the plan.

Inflation started in 1939 and hasn't stopped...according to government #'s, with only 3 years of less than 1% deflation. 1949, 1955, and 2009, and these are Gov estimates. In terms of gold, at the current official price of $42.( 1974 ) that inflation rate is 5400% or 6500% at the 1934/73 official price, and 11450% at the 1933 official price. By comparison total inflation from 1860 to 1939 by government #'s was 67%, and at 2300% or greater from 1939 to the present.

No man ever landed on the moon. The US government lied outright about the moon landings, the proof is easy enough: never went back since the early 1970s. I could go into all the inconsistencies but why bother when the most direct approach is the most effective? The US claims to have lost all the documentation for the rockets/equipment/telemetry data too. They lost the info for the most important scientific/exploration event in human history haha. But there are millions upon millions that still believe this lie. It's even causing a level of derangement where people think we can colonize Mars (Elon Musk LOL!!!).
