How do you stay productive and manage to work even when you are sleep deprived? Even without a baby, I get cranky when I haven't had at least an 8-hour sleep. My brain gets fuzzy, I am groggy, and my focus is poor. Maybe, it's also to do with long-formed habits, routines and prioritizing work. I usually prioritize my sleep and keep thinking that I didn't have enough sleep making me feel drowsy throughout the day.

Alright this is very random but bare with me last, night I had a dream that I was at a coffee shop that you owned in Canada and you had your baby in one of those wraps attached to you and I was there with my boyfriend and I was telling him “like you don’t understand I’ve been following her on KZbin since 2017, I feel like I’ve gone through all her 20 somethings ish with her and look at her now, so happy with her baby” and then I start crying????? I know you've had it for years, but do you remember where you got that wooden tray/lap desk? (I think it's the same thing, with foldable legs?) I have NO idea how you are doing all this stuff with a newborn. I have two kids and especially in the newborn phase, but also the whole time they were under 1yr….It was an accomplishment if I took care of them plus did a few dishes each day, LOL. If you start to feel burnt out, highly encourage you to take a step back from work and just spend time with baby and not worry about anything else. Things change rapidly with a baby and some phases are more difficult to navigate than others depending on baby’s temperament. Take care mama 😊
