Thank you for being so honest and open. It is so special to be invited into these phases and moments of your life. I have been following you since I was 16, I am now 21 and you continue to be a big inspiration for how I choose to live my life. You are the reason I discovered a love for yoga and you bring so much joy and gentle energy into the world. Those people saying cruel things do not deserve your energy. Keep doing you Kalyn its a pleasure to be part of it, whatever it is you choose to share ❤

Kalyn teaching taylor swift quotes to lil Easton, yes ma'am. I think I understand why some audience would miss the "old you" but at the same time they have to understand, you are a REAL HUMAN not a TV show character whose life stays the same season after season. I think its so important to recognise that and participate in your growth. and if not, they can always rewatch them old vlogs.

As a woman in her mid 60s, I wish there had been someone like you speaking so openly and honestly when I had kids. People tend to gloss things over and only let you see the very best side of motherhood. Although it is the most rewarding thing I think you can ever do, there are a lot of dark days as well. By acknowledging them you are helping others. Tomorrow will be brighter!

I agree so much with you! I’m a mum of (almost) 18 month old twins and she’s helped me feel like I’m not alone and crazy 👍 glossing over things and only showing the good parts, doesn’t help other mothers much at all. x

And you are always going to have people in your corner that support you! when you share the good and the bad it makes me feel WAY more relatable to others. Don't ever forget that you are ALLOWED to feel sad, disappointed, stress, over stimulated etc. Love you cosmic friend. thank you for what you do 🖤

First of all, that little rhyme-song you made up sounded like something out of a musical! Secondly, for every person who doesn‘t like the new you, there must be at least 1000 others who LOVE the new you!! (Me, for example) I think there is a WORLD between who you were before the baby was born and after and it shows and I love it. You have such a fierce energy and it‘s super inspiring. I have been watching your videos for years, around 7 years I believe! I have always appreciated your realness, vulnerability and ability to show everyone it’s okay to be open and to do random things like meditation/deep breaths/yoga. I was in undergrad when I first started watching and now I’m about to graduate with my master’s degree as a Clinical mental health therapist. I can see how much work you are putting into your mental health like grounding exercises and positive affirmations & positive self talk. I’m glad you are showing it in the videos because many people do not do it and you are normalizing it!

Oh kayln! I hope you know what a wonderful person you are. I'm a mom of an almost 2 year old son. And I remember those newborn days. I had sooo much help around. My sister was practically living with me and helping so much but I was still a wreck. My house was still a mess and my days were still all over the place. Newborn phase is sooo hard. Not getting to sleep is sooo hard. But look at you! you're getting soo much done all by yourself. That is amazing. You are so strong. And I'm not just saying this I'm genuinely amazed by your decipline and strength. I hope you know that it gets sooo much easier. You get a lot more sleep the days are a lot more structured. And babies keep getting more and more fun to be around as the grow. Sending you sooo much love and strength 🤎🤎

Oh Kalyn - I think you are so gracious in the content you share with us, especially as you said, this is a time of change and excitement in your life and we are all so lucky to be along for the ride! Something resonated within me when you mentioned those folks who were lamenting the "old" versions of you and how you navigated that is incredible to me. Maybe it's the changing of the seasons that has me personally feeling nostalgic for other "eras" of my life, but like you, like everyone, we are constantly transforming. Just your nod to the fact that those previous versions still exist- they are safe and experienced and we can tap into those memories at any point- felt like an act of forgiveness toward myself for feeling a longing for those previous times in my life (which were in retrospect incredibly lonely and challenging periods, but with time and space always look comforting and safe). I love following the changes in your life because it feels like an invitation to fully embrace the changes in my life, too. I think that must be what community is all about. Thank you for sharing the good and the bad- and goodness sorry for the long ramble :)

I’ve watched you since the inception of your vlogs and KOZE and it’s beautiful to watch your growth. I remember the heartache you went through. The bouts of depression.. the yoga, the hard work and dedication even through those times. It’s beautiful to see how far you’ve come. To see Easton. To see your amazing relationship and your beautiful home. Like you said, the more you shine, the bigger the shadows. When the sun is at its highest peak in the day the less those shadows will appear. Be at your peak momma. You shine so bright that those shadows disappear from your view! You are doing great. Even when you don’t feel like you are! You got this! I say to myself daily “you’ve made it through 100% of the things you never thought you could, and you’re still standing today.” Like trees in a storm, they bend to withstand the winds.. all the outside forces that are trying to penetrate it. And the next day when the sun is shining, it’s standing and it’s still beautiful. Blessed be my dear!

When I am frustrated or over stimulated (just like with everything in my life (good bad or unusual) I take it to my journal. Next year will be 30 years journaling for me. I love it. It is the only thing I have stuck with over the years or has stuck with me. My journal represents the freedom, acceptance and friendship that I will never find in a human being. I send my eight year old self love and gratitude for starting to journal, because I don't know what I would do without it.

Hello Kalyn, I've been following you for years now and your videos have always been very comforting, giving me plenty of energy and motivation and good vibes but also sometimes allowing me to feel my not so positive feelings, embrace them and allow them to exist. Your life may be different from mine now, when before I could easily relate, being in the same situation, but I actually enjoy seeing you go through all these beautiful things, it also gives me the opportunity to think about how I would do when those things happen to me one day. To these people unable to cope with their frustration or jealousy : YOU ARE WATCHING SOME FREE CONTENT ON THE INTERNET. The people creating the content are not actors in a series, they're not your friends either, and you are not entitled to expect things from them in any kind of way (and making the same comments to a friend of a family member would be equally awful and pathetic). Now, the fact that you regret the time when she was in a particular life situation or that you wouldn't do things in the same way is YOUR problem. At what point do you feel entitled enough to complain to someone for the fact that you are unable to cope with a feeling you're having ? That's a giant sign of emotional immaturity. You're obviously not feeling good enough about yourself and seek realisation and validation in other people because your needs are unfulfilled, or your boundaries are not respected, or you're not chasing the things that you want. So when the persons or things that you rely on to feel less bad disappoint you, you lash out on them instead of looking in a mirror for a second and realise you are responsible for yourself. No one is harming you here. No one is attacking you. No one is disrespecting you. At least not the people making videos on the internet that never met or talked to you. Get a hold of yourself and start working on the real causes of your discomfort. Heal your wounds instead of bleeding all over people that didn't cut you. It's not an easy thing to do. But it's a simple one.

Hey mama, I’ve been a long time subscriber but I got away from watching KZbin for a while - seeing you in this phase is refreshing. As a new mama as well, your openness about overstimulation is everything I wish I had when my babe was younger but I can confidently tell you now that he’s 17 months old, it gets SO much better. My husband is active duty in the navy, we live away from family, I own my own salon while working another full time job on top of being the primary parent. It is ALOT! It’s something you aren’t warned about and then made to believe it’s shameful to speak about. Your feelings in this season are so valid and the growth you’ll experience will bring you to tears before you know it. With every new milestone, your Bub will gain more and more independence, leaving you more time to reflect on how you even managed just a few short months ago. Ours didn’t sleep through the night until 12 months old and just last night my husband after laying him in the crib awake to put himself to sleep, said “I never thought I’d see the day that we would be able to just put him in his crib and watch a show or relax or just enjoy each other”. It made me teary because that light at the end of the tunnel seems so dang far away after a (or many) sleepless night. You’ve got this and enjoy all of those little moments because of you blink, you’ll miss them. Much love to you!

Take a step back and really soak in the baby phase it really does fly by. I also had no help when I was in that stage as a new mom. It's a lot and overwhelming but focus on one thing at a time dont think about your to do list. Just wanted to send some love for the end of the video & say I love and appreciate all the phases/videos of you, although I’m not at the place as you are in my journey, I really enjoy watching where you are now, while also watching your past vlogs of buying a house/living alone which is the phase I’m in, but seeing where you are now gives me a sense of comfort while watching your old videos also brings me comfort knowing it’s ok where I am now. Seeing a new vlog was up I was excited to watch & will continue to be no matter what chapter you are in. Your KZbin videos from anxiety, to vegan food ideas, to living the single life to now showing the next chapter of happiness has helped me in so many ways. Don’t let the mean comments get to you because I know there has got to be a lot more subscribers like me who watch your videos and find so much joy & comfort in them. You’re doing great 🫶🏻💗

Oh man, I remember these days with my first born so well! When they are a bit fussy it makes the day overwhelming, even if nothing necessarily overwhelming is happening! I feel like from what I see in your videos (I’ve been a follower since almost the beginning) that we have very similar personalities and I have to say you seem to be handling everything so incredibly well! I know how hard it can be do it alone, my husband also had to go back to work after our baby was born. you are doing fantastic.. even when it feels like things are all over the place, you seem to be handling it with such grace! It’s hard, overwhelming and exhausting, the lack of freedom is frustrating at times. Feeling like you can’t make your own schedule as someone who is a schedule person is frustrating and draining. As a mom of a now almost 3 year old and a baby on the way it gets better the older they get. You get your schedule somewhat back! I’ve learned to be flexible and do what I can for myself when I can! When things don’t go as planned I try not to let it steal my peace and joy, that’s something I had to learn from my first born and am thankful I get to bring with me when I have my second! You are doing amazing, newborns are hard. Postpartum is like a battle on the body, that gets better too. Sending so much love! 🤍

❣️ I love how you have evolved. I've been watching you for years. Ignore the peanut gallery you have far more people that follow you that you are impacting in positive ways. I love how real you are. We all have bad days.

I love that you are not sugarcoating and i love that although big life change happened to you and your partner, you did not turn your channel to mommyvlogger that sticks camera to every part of their child and pretends that everything is sunshine and unicorns all day long. I appreciate how much you share and I think it is the right amount of content. 💗💗💗

Ahh i cannot believe these hate comments…. Honestly I get sooooooo happy to see you being a mother and you have always mentioned wanting to become a mom and this makes us feel happy and happy for you! You’re doing great and we’re here for you🧡

Some people are just so entitled! I have been following you for a while now and I'm just so glad to see your journey, your wins and life moments and just see you evolve and be more and more with time. Just you living your life and being. And that makes me happy and inspired. Listening to you chat when I have a crappy day makes it a bit better. And now I'm going through some crappy days and I'm so glad you are just there living, and sharing. It gives me strength and hope. Thank you for that. And you are an amazing mum, it just touches me so much particularly as a person with some deep inner child wounds.

I absolutely love this version of you. I have literally followed you from the time you were in college and shared a house with a bunch of guys to present. And watching you in each stage of life has been an inspiration and has opened my mind to so many things. Continue being you. ❤️

My dear Kalyn thank you for showing us your vulnerable side. I love your vlogs and whatever you're showing us. YOU ARE OUR FRIEND, remember that ! I'm sending you courage from the other side of the planet !

The last two weeks have been one of your days, lol. I feel you and seeing you take that breath and restart and accepting that what is meant to happen will happen. I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders with 3 kids, one a teenager, and 2 the ages of 7 and 3. I'm also a full-time pre-med student in my 3rd year, and life is on top of it all 😆 it's so frekin hard sometimes, and I get over stimulated the same as you but it's hard for me to realize it...thanks for being REAL and showing that I'm not alone 💗

Oh dear, don´t let those comments get to you. I´ve been your subscriber since like 2013 and I was 12 at that time, I´m going to be 21 in 14 days and I LOVE watching your videos and I still relate to you. Even though you live a completely different life. It´s about the connection you feel to the person not to their life. This is what still keeps me hooked to follow your life journey. Love you babe!

I love and appreciate your video so much. You are one of my comfort youtubers and you have been helping me through a rough time lately. I lost my home and both our vehicles in hurricane Ian. I have been so overwhelmed lately but your videos bring me peace and sanity. It's been a breath of fresh air to have this sense of comfort to lean on.

I love your videos, i have been watching you for 5 years, just do you, if they want to write bad comments and be mean, they need to not watch your videos. These people just want to have attention, because some people that are mean behind screens, don’t even live life. Love you Kalyn, i hope you have a wonderful weekend. You are doing a great job, and you are the best mom!❤

I appreciate you Kalyn! It’s lovely to see where you are now in life, it’s beautiful and real. I’m a mom of two girls and I get overstimulated easily from audio overstimulation, I use these ear things called loops and they just take the sound down a few decibels and honestly I can just be present and calm with my family. They’ve made a huge difference! Anyways I am hoping to start vlogging and you’ve always inspired me for four years now. I’m starting a small art business also this year. Thankyou for your cosy wonderful content and taking that time to create it xx

Girl, I love you. I'm single and even though our lives are so different right now I still love witnessing you doing this thing called being human and also one day I will have a partner and become a mom and watching you go through it makes it feel more real and less daunting even though motherhood is so challenging. As always, thank you so much, you got this. Lots of love 💕💕💕💕💕

I've said it many times in many different videos, but I'm saying it again: I love to watch your videos and whenever I feel bad in any ways, somehow your videos inspire me to be better version of myself. I've been having difficult time for past few days, but watching this video makes me feel like I can survive whatever life gives me.

Love you so much Kalyn! It’s been an absolute joy to see you grow through every phase of life and I’m so happy I get to watch you be a mom, and I already know when I get pregnant watching your videos is going to help me immensely! Keep doing you, your honesty and transparency is so refreshing❤️✨

Here is a good comment for you: I ve been watching you for a long time, since when you lived in the city and up till now. You are soooo beautiful right now, you are glowing, yes tired but also special and with special someones. I d enjoy this time as much, because it does go by quickly …. I like how relaxed and gorgeous you look in the morning without any makeup!! You do make all this motherhood look easy and I know it’s not, and, if you carry the light - the darkness will get destroyed automatically in the presence of light. And you do carry light. Lots of love and light to you and your family!

Honestly, I’m just so happy that I get to see you grow as a woman, as a partner and now as a mom! You’ve come such a long way and even though I’m just a viewer ( meaning I don’t know you in person ) I’m so proud of you!!!! We all, as moms, as people in general, have those moments that you shared in the begging and it’s ok, you’re human! Be kind to yourself always and that is all that matters! And please KEEP SHINING BRIGHT!!! 💜

Thank you Ms. Kalyn for your videos and for your complete and total realness. I have been watching you for years and I can honestly say that I love how beautifully you have transitioned from being single and making videos with Bentley into a courageous and powerful goddess that is now a wonderful mommy to a precious little boy. Kalyn, you are exactly where you are supposed to be now and you are doing a phenomenal job.

People need to realize that you are a real person and that as adults, we evolve. You post your life online but at the end of the day, it’s a life and not a static show like the Simpsons where everyone stays the same age and never changes. :) You are doing an absolutely amazing job and I love to watch your evolution and growth. ❤

I am so thankful to here about over stimulation. Thank you I always felt like that was just me. I like routine and when mine steers away from that I get over stimulated. I was a single mom believe me as they get older it gets easier or it was for me. Brighter days ahead. Much love from a momma from Southern Indiana. Julie

Kalyn, you are the first KZbin that I started watching even when I did not knew that much English. I said this because I have seen you grow and really you being a mom now it’s so cool. I can relate too you even more now. Please don’t let those nasty comments get to you. Thank you for being who you are and being always so honest. 🥰

I've been watching you since I was a teenager and I'm 23 (almost 24 now). I've always looked up to you. Your transparency and honesty is inspiring. Being vulnerable is hard. I was so happy to find this video this week bc I too, was having an overstimulating week and cried for an hour and a half out of frustration. Everyone's feelings are valid! You're also going through the transition of being a mom-give yourself some grace boo :) Thank you for being an amazing example and it's been an honor to watch you grow up (and into a mom) as I am growing up too!
