I have been following you since I was 16, I am now 21 and you continue to be a big inspiration for how I choose to live my life. You are the reason I discovered a love for yoga and you bring so much joy and gentle energy into the world. Those people saying cruel things do not deserve your energy. Kalyn teaching taylor swift quotes to lil Easton, yes ma'am. I think I understand why some audience would miss the "old you" but at the same time they have to understand, you are a REAL HUMAN not a TV show character whose life stays the same season after season. I think its so important to recognise that and participate in your growth. and if not, they can always rewatch them old vlogs.

And you are always going to have people in your corner that support you! when you share the good and the bad it makes me feel WAY more relatable to others. Don't ever forget that you are ALLOWED to feel sad, disappointed, stress, over stimulated etc. Love you cosmic friend. thank you for what you do 🖤

As a woman in her mid 60s, I wish there had been someone like you speaking so openly and honestly when I had kids. People tend to gloss things over and only let you see the very best side of motherhood. Although it is the most rewarding thing I think you can ever do, there are a lot of dark days as well. By acknowledging them you are helping others. Tomorrow will be brighter!

First of all, that little rhyme-song you made up sounded like something out of a musical! Secondly, for every person who doesn‘t like the new you, there must be at least 1000 others who LOVE the new you!! It really is beautiful to witness how you've grown into new versions of yourself each year with each phase and this is just life moving forward. Other people who expect you to stay the same for their enjoyment don't deserve any of your energy. So many of us have enjoyed seeing your life fill up with so many amazing things, new people, new partner, new baby, new home. I have been watching your videos for years, around 7 years I believe! I have always appreciated your realness, vulnerability and ability to show everyone it’s okay to be open and to do random things like meditation/deep breaths/yoga. I was in undergrad when I first started watching and now I’m about to graduate with my master’s degree as a Clinical mental health therapist. I can see how much work you are putting into your mental health like grounding exercises and positive affirmations & positive self talk. I’m glad you are showing it in the videos because many people do not do it and you are normalizing it!

Not getting to sleep is sooo hard. But look at you! you're getting soo much done all by yourself. That is amazing. You are so strong. And I'm not just saying this I'm genuinely amazed by your decipline and strength. I hope you know that it gets sooo much easier. You get a lot more sleep the days are a lot more structured. Oh Kalyn - I think you are so gracious in the content you share with us, especially as you said, this is a time of change and excitement in your life and we are all so lucky to be along for the ride! Something resonated within me when you mentioned those folks who were lamenting the "old" versions of you and how you navigated that is incredible to me. Maybe it's the changing of the seasons that has me personally feeling nostalgic for other "eras" of my life, but like you, like everyone, we are constantly transforming. Just your nod to the fact that those previous versions still exist- they are safe and experienced and we can tap into those memories at any point- felt like an act of forgiveness toward myself for feeling a longing for those previous times in my life (which were in retrospect incredibly lonely and challenging periods, but with time and space always look comforting and safe). I love following the changes in your life because it feels like an invitation to fully embrace the changes in my life, too. I think that must be what community is all about. Thank you for sharing the good and the bad- and goodness sorry for the long ramble :)

I’ve watched you since the inception of your vlogs and KOZE and it’s beautiful to watch your growth. I remember the heartache you went through. The bouts of depression.. the yoga, the hard work and dedication even through those times. It’s beautiful to see how far you’ve come. To see Easton. To see your amazing relationship and your beautiful home. Like you said, the more you shine, the bigger the shadows. When the sun is at its highest peak in the day the less those shadows will appear. Be at your peak momma. You shine so bright that those shadows disappear from your view! You are doing great. Even when you don’t feel like you are! You got this! I say to myself daily “you’ve made it through 100% of the things you never thought you could, and you’re still standing today.” Like trees in a storm, they bend to withstand the winds.. all the outside forces that are trying to penetrate it. And the next day when the sun is shining, it’s standing and it’s still beautiful. Blessed be my dear!

When I am frustrated or over stimulated (just like with everything in my life (good bad or unusual) I take it to my journal. Next year will be 30 years journaling for me. I love it. It is the only thing I have stuck with over the years or has stuck with me. My journal represents the freedom, acceptance and friendship that I will never find in a human being. I send my eight year old self love and gratitude for starting to journal, because I don't know what I would do without it.

Hello Kalyn, I've been following you for years now and your videos have always been very comforting, giving me plenty of energy and motivation and good vibes but also sometimes allowing me to feel my not so positive feelings, embrace them and allow them to exist. Your life may be different from mine now, when before I could easily relate, being in the same situation, but I actually enjoy seeing you go through all these beautiful things, it also gives me the opportunity to think about how I would do when those things happen to me one day. To these people unable to cope with their frustration or jealousy : YOU ARE WATCHING SOME FREE CONTENT ON THE INTERNET. The people creating the content are not actors in a series, they're not your friends either, and you are not entitled to expect things from them in any kind of way (and making the same comments to a friend of a family member would be equally awful and pathetic). Now, the fact that you regret the time when she was in a particular life situation or that you wouldn't do things in the same way is YOUR problem. At what point do you feel entitled enough to complain to someone for the fact that you are unable to cope with a feeling you're having ? That's a giant sign of emotional immaturity. You're obviously not feeling good enough about yourself and seek realisation and validation in other people because your needs are unfulfilled, or your boundaries are not respected, or you're not chasing the things that you want. So when the persons or things that you rely on to feel less bad disappoint you, you lash out on them instead of looking in a mirror for a second and realise you are responsible for yourself. No one is harming you here. No one is attacking you. No one is disrespecting you. At least not the people making videos on the internet that never met or talked to you. Get a hold of yourself and start working on the real causes of your discomfort. Heal your wounds instead of bleeding all over people that didn't cut you. It's not an easy thing to do. But it's a simple one.

Hey mama, I’ve been a long time subscriber but I got away from watching KZbin for a while - seeing you in this phase is refreshing. As a new mama as well, your openness about overstimulation is everything I wish I had when my babe was younger but I can confidently tell you now that he’s 17 months old, it gets SO much better. My husband is active duty in the navy, we live away from family, I own my own salon while working another full time job on top of being the primary parent. It is ALOT! It’s something you aren’t warned about and then made to believe it’s shameful to speak about. Your feelings in this season are so valid and the growth you’ll experience will bring you to tears before you know it. With every new milestone, your Bub will gain more and more independence, leaving you more time to reflect on how you even managed just a few short months ago. Ours didn’t sleep through the night until 12 months old and just last night my husband after laying him in the crib awake to put himself to sleep, said “I never thought I’d see the day that we would be able to just put him in his crib and watch a show or relax or just enjoy each other”. It made me teary because that light at the end of the tunnel seems so dang far away after a (or many) sleepless night. You’ve got this and enjoy all of those little moments because of you blink, you’ll miss them. Much love to you!

When I’m overstimulated I will take just two minutes and just take some deep breath’s and if I have to I just cry it out lol motherhood is hard I remember being a first time mama and feeling that way. It definitely gets easier once you settle into motherhood. You’ve got this! 💕

I have a 7 month old and this video made me feel the world better about my early day meltdowns. You are doing brilliant and don’t forget it. This stage will pass and you do get some sleep at some point and when that happens life gets much easier.

Love your vlogs. I’ve been a funk this week. Ugh. Please give yourself some grace. You just gave birth to a baby. You are doing amazing!!!!

I’m glad you’re not gonna let people, whose lives are so empty that they need to depend on your vlogs for happiness, dull your sparkle. Having a baby, & moving in with someone are both major life changes! It’s an adjustment & you’ll be fine :)

I have a 7 week old and today was exhausting and I’m overly stimulated! Just taking deep breaths and reminding myself that the days are long but the years are short and I’m gonna miss her being this small❤ just a bad day, not a bad life!

I love and appreciate your video so much. You are one of my comfort youtubers and you have been helping me through a rough time lately. I lost my home and both our vehicles in hurricane Ian. I have been so overwhelmed lately but your videos bring me peace and sanity. It's been a breath of fresh air to have this sense of comfort to lean on.

Kalyn, you are AMAZING at being a mama. I’m so happy for you and your family. I had my baby 5 months ago and I can tell you everything will gradually get easier every day I promise. Also, hormones are the ultimate roller coaster. This gets easier too. I’ve watched your channel for 5 years and I am proud of the woman you continue to evolve into and I still love your content. Sending good energy ✨💜

I don't understand these comments. I enjoy your channel for years now. No matter on what journey you are. It's called life. You are my fav person to watch on Sunday mornings with a cup of coffee and you can do or talk about anything and it puts me in a good mood and headspace. Don't ever change girl and please don't let these ppl get to your head. We love you here!

As a new mom you will have many many days like today. In my 4 years since being a new mom I have learned to just take things as they come. You dont have to be everything and do everything every day. Take a step back and really soak in the baby phase it really does fly by. I also had no help when I was in that stage as a new mom. It's a lot and overwhelming but focus on one thing at a time dont think about your to do list. Always remember the days feel long but the years are short. :) You are doing great give yourself some grace.

Oh dear, don´t let those comments get to you. I´ve been your subscriber since like 2013 and I was 12 at that time, I´m going to be 21 in 14 days and I LOVE watching your videos and I still relate to you. Even though you live a completely different life. It´s about the connection you feel to the person not to their life. This is what still keeps me hooked to follow your life journey. Love you babe!

I'm not a new mother, but I am in graduate school and I related to so much of what you were saying about feeling overwhelmed, and having bad days and good days and how it can feel like it's all going by so fast. I loved what you said at the end about being more present even when you're having a bad day. thank you thank you for making your videos and showing us your truest, beautiful self♥

I loved this video. It's been a tough day and seeing this really helped. I love how real you've been. So many people have kids and lose who they are. Youve become a mom and we still have the content that made us start following you and this new content with glimpses of the new addition to the Koze family. Youre absolutely glowing

The fact that you are working, wearing makeup, taking care of sweet baby...you are amazing...I love this new you! It's so hard I know I did it in 2020 and it's always hard but you are doing it. Everyday. I quit my job when I had a baby so I appreciate every video you can put together 💜💖💜

Some people are just so entitled! I have been following you for a while now and I'm just so glad to see your journey, your wins and life moments and just see you evolve and be more and more with time. Just you living your life and being. And that makes me happy and inspired. Listening to you chat when I have a crappy day makes it a bit better. And now I'm going through some crappy days and I'm so glad you are just there living, and sharing. It gives me strength and hope. Thank you for that. And you are an amazing mum, it just touches me so much particularly as a person with some deep inner child wounds.

I absolutely love this version of you. I have literally followed you from the time you were in college and shared a house with a bunch of guys to present. And watching you in each stage of life has been an inspiration and has opened my mind to so many things. Continue being you. ❤️

Thank you Ms. Kalyn for your videos and for your complete and total realness. I have been watching you for years and I can honestly say that I love how beautifully you have transitioned from being single and making videos with Bentley into a courageous and powerful goddess that is now a wonderful mommy to a precious little boy. Kalyn, you are exactly where you are supposed to be now and you are doing a phenomenal job.

It's so nice to see you vlogging again & as a mom 🥰 I understand where you come from about doing the mom thing on your own. As far as those negative comments go they are from unhappy people and don't deserve replacing your life. You are still the killing that I love and that inspires me to place peace and organization into my life.

I'm super grateful that you are vlogging even as a new mom. I do relate to the previous videos more just because I'm 22 and a student, but I love watching you grow so much as a person and have a family. Looking on how you nail the new role of being a mother is just inspiring to me. Love you!

I have a 7 month old and honestly fell out of watching ur videos because UGH MOM LIFE. So glad I’m back. I just wanted to say solidarity. My husband travels 80% of the year I’ve been parenting alone for months and I totally cried today. It gets better and different all at the same time. She gets fussy but then we click eyes and I melt. It’s so grounding. Best wishes I’m so happy to be back 🖤
