Use light colors to bring forward what you want to bring forward and dark colors what you want to recede-you might want to Google tutorials for deep set eyes.

Love how simple this was and just looks so beautiful. I am pretty excited this year for Xmas Im going to be surprised with either the Viseart dark Matte or this palette. Its been well over a year and the hype is still real. Since I cant swatch this anywhere Im going off all my trusted youtubers stamp of approval on this gift. Last year it was the Kevyn Aucoin contour book and I honestly dont pull that palette out nearly as much as it should be. Maybe you can get yours out and give me an inspirational tutorial boost...wink wink ;) ps... love the earrings

Yes and no...if you're a matte fanatic, then yes. If not, then maybe try the It Cosmetics palettes or even a drug store one first and see if you use it before you jump up to this one.

The Kat Von D Shade and Light Eye Contour Palette has almost duplicate colors and is a bit cheaper. I liked the Kat Von D one better.

I love this look. I am really bad at applying eyeliner. I finally found a mascara that makes me look like I am wearing it. It is YSL baby doll mascara. Does any one know a drug store dupe for this one? It is really pricey.

At first I wasn't sure how I felt about the palette, but the more I use it the more I like it. They are just very different from shimmer shades.

Liked the finished look, but it looked as if you were having trouble blending these colors. If so, then the price tag is much too high! Pretty look, but agree that a bit of shimmer is always a good look!
