I pre-reward myself with something before working out, usually something sweet like a donut or 3. Which obviously doesn't work because I get lazy AF after eating. Oh well.

@@filipgajewski7170 Better than the others, but I think that in the real test, he would still be at 0. I know that in many army fitness tests, the examiner puts his hand on the ground under your chest, and if you don´t touch the hand, or touch it too strongly(as if falling down) during every rep, it doesn´t count.

Does the test specify requirements? There forms aren't awful, but they could use some work. They were doing wide grip as well as not going all the way down, but a lot of people can't even do 10 pushups of the variety they did.

I could actually pass this right now and I'm in high school. I literally can't do more than a single push-up using correct form(I have NO idea what's wrong with me, it's the ONE thing I'm physically incapable of doing XD), but I can easily do 6 point level sit-ups and I've consistently run and sprinted times better than the 6 point mark for both those categories. I'd probably fail the others horribly, but getting anywhere between 14(on a bad day) and 18 points on those tests would allow me to pass the test. That's actually really cool to think about, especially considering how unbelievably poorly these grown men did. I get that it's not supposed to be super strenuous and it's just a baseline, but it's still a confidence booster :)

Yeah, they used athletic girls for the girls video and lazy guys for the guys video. Not to mention the scoring for girls has lower standards. For example, 67.5 seconds for 300m sprint is 2- for girls, whereas 55.1 seconds for 300m sprint is 2- for guys.

[DISQUALIFIED] Bright shorts: Too slow to be listed (-2?) [DISQUALIFIED] Black leggings: Too slow to be listed (-2?) Bardo That's how I got the figures. I used the women's actual times or counts and used the men's standards. The women passed the women's test but miserably failed the men's test. It's pretty sad considering the women were basically super athletes and the guys who actually passed the men's test were just regular guys for the most part lol.

What really bugged me out were the point system. If you are required to score atleast 1 point in every category why bother to have minus points. I mean its not like minus points can drag your overall score down to disqualification (less than 12 points) because as soon as you have 0 points on one category you are disqualified anyway
